Adam the pest control technician arrived on time for my quarterly pest control service. He listened to my concerns and suggested solutions. He was very knowledgeable. I have had an annual contract with Rose Pest for 7 years. The technicians are always punctual and professional.

I had Rose Pest Solutions come out to help me solve a mouse problem. I may have overestimated their capabilities. The only thing they did was come out here and set some sticky traps around the house and look for any obvious places they might be getting in. I already did that. They'd come back to replace the traps every once in a while. Not a single mouse was caught in this manner, BTW. It was a very expensive arrangement based on the service I actually received. I don't remember what I paid, but if they had just been up front with me about what they were going to actually do instead of insinuating they could solve the problem, I could have saved a lot of money.

I called, used my Angie's List coupon, and was able to schedule a technician within days. The technician was early and very friendly. He wasn't expecting a house as large as ours based upon what dispatch had told him, so we just did a walk through/assessment. He returned the next day with all of the proper equipment and performed the treatment.

I found they were quite expensive. The people that work for the company were very nice, but they were not able to fix my problem. They did refund some of the money when they were unable to get rid of the mice.

They had to heat the house to kill them.  That is the only way to kill them because they get into the walls.  They were good.  It took a whole day for them to complete the job but that is how long it takes.  They had to heat the house for about six or seven hours.  They heated the house to 130 degrees.  I think that the price is high but overall considering the treatment and everything that they provided, it was okay.  They did provide me a discount.  Their quality was good.

Overall, I was pleased with the service. Actual treatment time was about 20 minutes. Cost of the chemicals must really be high, but the cost was worth it if I don't have more infestations!
