Right now, the work they have done is fine. We are not pleased with the billing and the cost. We are looking into another one. I think they do a good job. I was pleased with that.

I have no problems. I'm pleased with them. I pay by the year so I get a discount. There are no bugs in the house. I had a mouse come in the house once, in the pool area and I haven't had much instance since then. They take care of all issues for me. It's worth it.

The service is fine. They service our house every three months. I probably am going to have to have them come back and spray the inside because I forgot to leave the door open the last time they were here. I have been using them for the last 10-12 years. They are reliable and if I ever have any issues they have no problem coming back and either re-spraying or finding out what the problem is. Our technician was always Glen, but he recently retired so we have a new person. Everything has been just fine since they switched. I have not seen the new guy often enough, but Glen was always great to work with.

The inspector came to my house on 3/11/13 and gave me an estimate. He wore booties so he would not track dirt on my floor. The workers came on 3/14/13 and they saturated the perimeter of my house with insecticide. They also drilled holes in my basement floor and injected insecticide under my house. Terminix cost a little more than the others, but they do a more thorough job. Worth the little extra money.

I like them fine. They seem to do a good job. They have to drill holes all the way around the building and inject stuff in the ground. If I needed to have it done again, I'd have them do it. I thought the pricing was reasonable. I don't know much about pest control people, but they did a good job.
