The guy is did great job! the service is great., but the customer service of Terminix is horrific. I was hold of couple an hour. The people is so bad that why I don't wanna used it anymore.

It didn't- after calling in Tuesday May 19, I was told they could not have someone come out that day but was scheduled for service the following morning. My credit card was charged $199 on 05/19. Wednesday AM nobody ever called or showed up. Someone did call Wednesday PM and said they had me down for Thursday AM- which was a lie, because the person I initially spoke to on the phone (Charles) promised someone would be there the next day. Of course nobody showed up Thursday AM either. I called around 2PM Thursday and was promised once again that someone would be there within an hour. It's 1PM Saturday and they still have not shown up so, once again- another no show, no phone call, no email, no more lies- the only thing this company is good at is charging your credit card and I will be happy to provide proof that indeed my card was charges for $199 on 05/19. Nothing but a bunch of scammers- avoid these train wrecks at all costs!!! STEER CLEAR!!!! These losers need to be shut down for good!!

I never got a contract with Terminix. I have appointments and one thing I said was don?t text me and say your appointment?s set for tomorrow. I can?t do they because I won?t even be here. The price from my old provider was significantly lower than from what Terminix wants to charge me. They can?t tell me when they took over the company how they?re different from them. The last bill from my old provider was $69 and Terminix was well over $100. I said, ?you tell me what you?re doing different. They really couldn?t tell me, they said they would have to call me back. I said, ?well, if you want to get paid then you can tell me, what did you do different?? You didn?t leave me an email, all you did was send me a bill.?

They keep sending me a text saying they are going to be out and I say, ?no you?re not.? I?m not going to pay for it again. They sprayed 3 feet around the exterior of the house. Well, there?re spiders that have destroyed every bush I have. They only sprayed within 3 feet of the house and I made that clear to them. 

After their merger with the old provider they never came to me and said, ?okay, we have taken over and here is what you were paying for and here is what ours and you will be paying about the same thing.? You are not, because you are costing a lot more. Every time they send me a text saying they are going to show up, I say, ?no you?re not.? I finally said, ?I?m turning in the contract.? 

They are just taking me for the money, because you didn?t leave anything that you were here. Again, you sent me a text saying you?re coming out the next day. Well, I?m not always there, so I don?t know what you did. At least with the old provider they would leave a note with t check mark of all the things that had done and hand it to whoever was here, my dad?s caregiver or me. I have to go either to their bill or online to see what they did, by then it?s too late. 

 You are either doing something different or the same thing as the old provider, I shouldn?t have to go and figure out what it is for a different price. I didn?t agree to a different price. If you buy out a company, you should honor the contracts that was there. 

If they leave anything saying what they did I never saw it, but they certainly sent their bill asking for money. I could go on to the online portal, but I don?t have time to so that. I don?t know if they even looked at that contract, they don?t know what the old provider was doing, they are just doing what they want to do. 

I?m not trying to give a negative opinion. You take over, a letter came out saying as of January 1 you combined or whatever. You don?t say very much in service, what is a service? You never came out to go over it. The old company left a sheet and it was marked off for $69. What do you do for $120? They keep wanting to schedule it and I keep calling them back and I say, ?no.? I?ve left messages and finally somebody called me and they were going to check into what was supposed to be covered. So, I guess I?m going to have to call them back again. Again, I will get a text and they will come out, and I will get a bill. I don?t know what their contract is and one day?s notice is not enough. I?ve never known someone to schedule on their convenience and not check with you first. 

Even though I?ve called every time, not my house, my dad?s; if they think they are going to report me for being late of something. I have called numerous times and only did I get a live person I get them trying to get a contract, didn?t put me through to somebody. Even if they said they did this, this and that; I only agreed to whatever the old provider had. I didn?t sign a new contract for different stuff.   I don?t trust them to continue. Basically, you?re not going to come back out here until I know what you?re doing, because I never signed a contract with you. 

My interactions with them was hit or miss. When I went to cancel my contract didn?t anybody take me seriously. There are still spiders. Of course, I don?t know what their exterior pest control covers. They have various contracts on their website, which I looked at. This doesn?t tell me what plan it is, and rather or not it is in line with what the contract was with old provider. That is what the stick up is and nobody can give me an answer. From $109 to $69 is a big difference. I?ve had very little communication with them. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I use a pest control service, I think they come three or four times a year. They let you know ahead of time and then they let you know the day they're coming, so you can put away your dogs (I don't have any) or whatever you need to do in the yard and then they come and spray.

We're on a yearly plan with them. They come out 2 or 3 times a year and check, do monitoring, and do treatment. Quality is pretty good. We haven't had any termites. Their responsiveness is pretty good. They keep in touch with us and let us know when they want to come out and they call us ahead of time to make sure we're home in case we have any questions or they need access to anything. So I think that's pretty good. I would say their punctuality is really good. They schedule the appointment and then they call before to give us a heads up that they're coming out.

The gentleman did not seem very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. He walked around the outside of the house 2-3 times, then said he needed to go to his car to make a phone call and write the estimate. He sat in the car for 20+ minutes, came back to door and was unable to provide an estimate. He indicated he would need to follow up with supervisor (or other) and get back to me in a couple of days. Of course, I did not hear from him so I called him to follow up, and he indicated 'oh I was just about to call you' - which I do not believe was true b/c he STILL did not have estimate to provide to me. At which time he indicated, 'I will either stop by or call you around 3:30 this afternoon'. Well, I still did hear anything from him, so bottom line is I requested an estimate but never received one nor was I given a reason as to why an estimate was never provided.

We've had quite a bit of experience with them. We've had their services before when we lived on the other side of town in the mid to late 90's and they put in their bait system for termites all around our house, and they did a fabulous job and that was great. That whole interaction was wonderful. But the most recent one, they put the same baiting system around this house, our new house, old house built in 80 and that worked and everything went in well and that was great. 

The problem was the sales person. The sales person told my husband things about it that were not true about the whole contract and things. So it was very confusing and that was not done well. He came to our house and seemed very nice, but I don't think he knew what he was talking about. Because we had used Terminix before, and knew that their product was very good, we still signed up for it but that was not a good experience. 

I would give them a B for responsiveness, I think they came out fairly quickly but then again there is that problem with the salesperson. Then they did put the system in fairly quickly and it looks good. It looks like it did before. 

I would give them a C for professionalism specifically because of the sales person. I wasn't here when they put the system in but there didn't seem to be any problems with that. Then they treat is as well. 

I would use them again specifically because of the product. The sales person should be more accurate and really understanding what they're selling. Not telling us one thing like, telling us it was 90 days same as cash, and this is like a 3 or 4 thousand dollar system that they put in, so that would be nice. But it turned out it wasn't 90 days same as cash, they started getting interest right off .  There was just screwy things about it that he misrepresented. He misrepresented the price, the first price that we got was decent and then when we got the bill, it was like a thousand dollars more than that.

So my husband had to call and say what is going on here, this is not what you said, and this is not the contract I signed. So they had to redo the contract. I mean it was just not good. Their business practices need to get much better. 

If they had a mediocre product that we could get anyplace else, we would not go back to Terminix based on this. 

They did come out in a reasonable amount of time and the actual service people seemed to be good, put everything in in a timely fashion.

Our sales person Branden Mroz was a shyster. He said they had 90 days same as cash but you needed to finance for 12 months and pay it off in 90. However, the 12 months of initial financing guarantees free treatment for the 12 months if there is a re-infestation. My credit is locked so he ran my husband's. Branden had my husband sign to get his credit ran, but he actually had my husband sign, was a contract under my name with NO financing, although my husband was approved. It was on an ipad so we did not immediately get a copy of what we signed. Long story short...we made many phone calls to get this corrected and the branch manager would never return our calls. I called the billing department of Terminix and they said the salesman messed up, but they could not help me after 35 minutes on the phone with their call center. I filed a complaint with the Indiana Consumer Protection agency, since Terminix can't correct their billing and fraudulently had my husband sign a contract, not a credit application.

We left work early to get my parents out of the house (95 and 90 years old) who live 30 miles away. The appointment was at 3:00 on a Friday. I called their office at 6:00 when no one arrived. They admitted we had an appointment at 3:00 and the agent connected me to a regional manager. The regional manager could not get anyone to answer the phone at the local office. They said they would contact me in 24-48 hours. Of course, this did me no good at all. No one contacted me within the next 3 days. I cancelled the service.

We had a bad ant problem and had Terminex came out to look at it. They come and spray every couple of months and I have not had any problems with ants since. They have really taken care of the problem. They let me know when they are coming and are on time. The employees are very nice and professional. They make themselves available and will look at any other bug problems I have.

They were charging us $105 per application. They were good when they were able to come out, but mostly the thing I do not like about them was the fact that they kept raising their prices without telling us anything. We were on one of those contract deals where they come out once every two or three months. They could have not raised their prices. The workers were fine.

They are hard to contact. I have tried numerous time to reach out to a local office to voice my concerns with no results. I can only be connected to a corporate office and nothing locally. It can be very frustrating when you need answers or service in a timely manner. They need to have more local offices.
