They keep sending me a text saying they are going to be out and I say, ?no you?re not.? I?m not going to pay for it again. They sprayed 3 feet around the exterior of the house. Well, there?re spiders that have destroyed every bush I have. They only sprayed within 3 feet of the house and I made that clear to them.
After their merger with the old provider they never came to me and said, ?okay, we have taken over and here is what you were paying for and here is what ours and you will be paying about the same thing.? You are not, because you are costing a lot more. Every time they send me a text saying they are going to show up, I say, ?no you?re not.? I finally said, ?I?m turning in the contract.?
They are just taking me for the money, because you didn?t leave anything that you were here. Again, you sent me a text saying you?re coming out the next day. Well, I?m not always there, so I don?t know what you did. At least with the old provider they would leave a note with t check mark of all the things that had done and hand it to whoever was here, my dad?s caregiver or me. I have to go either to their bill or online to see what they did, by then it?s too late.
You are either doing something different or the same thing as the old provider, I shouldn?t have to go and figure out what it is for a different price. I didn?t agree to a different price. If you buy out a company, you should honor the contracts that was there.
If they leave anything saying what they did I never saw it, but they certainly sent their bill asking for money. I could go on to the online portal, but I don?t have time to so that. I don?t know if they even looked at that contract, they don?t know what the old provider was doing, they are just doing what they want to do.
I?m not trying to give a negative opinion. You take over, a letter came out saying as of January 1 you combined or whatever. You don?t say very much in service, what is a service? You never came out to go over it. The old company left a sheet and it was marked off for $69. What do you do for $120? They keep wanting to schedule it and I keep calling them back and I say, ?no.? I?ve left messages and finally somebody called me and they were going to check into what was supposed to be covered. So, I guess I?m going to have to call them back again. Again, I will get a text and they will come out, and I will get a bill. I don?t know what their contract is and one day?s notice is not enough. I?ve never known someone to schedule on their convenience and not check with you first.
Even though I?ve called every time, not my house, my dad?s; if they think they are going to report me for being late of something. I have called numerous times and only did I get a live person I get them trying to get a contract, didn?t put me through to somebody. Even if they said they did this, this and that; I only agreed to whatever the old provider had. I didn?t sign a new contract for different stuff. I don?t trust them to continue. Basically, you?re not going to come back out here until I know what you?re doing, because I never signed a contract with you.
My interactions with them was hit or miss. When I went to cancel my contract didn?t anybody take me seriously. There are still spiders. Of course, I don?t know what their exterior pest control covers. They have various contracts on their website, which I looked at. This doesn?t tell me what plan it is, and rather or not it is in line with what the contract was with old provider. That is what the stick up is and nobody can give me an answer. From $109 to $69 is a big difference. I?ve had very little communication with them. I would not recommend them to anybody.

The problem was the sales person. The sales person told my husband things about it that were not true about the whole contract and things. So it was very confusing and that was not done well. He came to our house and seemed very nice, but I don't think he knew what he was talking about. Because we had used Terminix before, and knew that their product was very good, we still signed up for it but that was not a good experience.
I would give them a B for responsiveness, I think they came out fairly quickly but then again there is that problem with the salesperson. Then they did put the system in fairly quickly and it looks good. It looks like it did before.
I would give them a C for professionalism specifically because of the sales person. I wasn't here when they put the system in but there didn't seem to be any problems with that. Then they treat is as well.
I would use them again specifically because of the product. The sales person should be more accurate and really understanding what they're selling. Not telling us one thing like, telling us it was 90 days same as cash, and this is like a 3 or 4 thousand dollar system that they put in, so that would be nice. But it turned out it wasn't 90 days same as cash, they started getting interest right off . There was just screwy things about it that he misrepresented. He misrepresented the price, the first price that we got was decent and then when we got the bill, it was like a thousand dollars more than that.
So my husband had to call and say what is going on here, this is not what you said, and this is not the contract I signed. So they had to redo the contract. I mean it was just not good. Their business practices need to get much better.
If they had a mediocre product that we could get anyplace else, we would not go back to Terminix based on this.
They did come out in a reasonable amount of time and the actual service people seemed to be good, put everything in in a timely fashion.
