More than 50 years of Dedicated Pest Management Service Arrow Services, Inc. was founded in October of 1958 by Everett D. Colvin. Arrow Services is a family owned company that started in a small local town in Plymouth, Indiana and now has grown into one of the largest pest control agencies in the Midwest. Today Arrow is currently serving the level of operations in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois with conveniently located offices in each district. Arrow Services strives to provide professionalism in all aspects of the pest control industry. All of Arrow personnel are trained and equipped with the newest and most up to date equipment and control techniques available by keeping the environment in mind. Arrow has implemented a continuous employee learning program designed to educate the entire staff. Employees are very friendly and service was professional. Used last year and we had no living bugs. So will continue this service annually. If any problems, they come out right away to take care of. I had a few ants coming in from fireplace and they were out the next day to take care of. Highly recommend.

a year after they came. out and installed the stakes in and around our house, we got a letter saying it time for the yearly inspection of the stakes that put down, they said if we didn't pay $225 fee they would have to pull the stakes. they told us the inspection was optional when had them install, and nothing about pulling the stakes. if we didn't pay a yearly fee of 225.00 dollars, that is just a little to much after we paid a lot to install .

They did a wonderful job. The person that came out was very professional. Their fee was pretty standard. They charged $950 for the initial examination and $225 that for the annual.

It was fine. We had some wasp nests that they took care of. They came out and sprayed the whole house, and took down a couple of nests. I did still see some activity, but I called them and they came right back out.

they have been thorough in setting poison traps throughout my house. they are committed to returning and replacing/moving poison traps until the problem is resolved. they have been very good at scheduling follow-ups. they are timely and professional.

The gentleman was very nice. He put traps out in the basement, on the main floor and in the garage. Hopefully when spring comes and the snow is gone he will be back to look for possible entry points. So far I have seen no signs of mice. It is good for six months, so it’s hard to give a final opinion on an ongoing project.

Service person was on time, dressed professionaly for job, and left house locked up. We are asked to be away for 4 hours to give insecticide time to dry.

Technician arrived right on time + got to work. He answered all of my questions about the flea treatment + other services offered by Arrow. I appreciated his honesty with one possible exterior bug treatment - he did not recommend it. Have seen no fleas ever since.
