They did a terrible job, paid for exterior and interior, they did 4-feet of exterior and 4-feet of interior. Had to call them and remind them that i paid for the entire house. Would never use them again and their priced are outrageous.

The gentleman was a little bit late which made me nervous because I had to be at work at a certain time. The owner apologized profusely and to make up for it they sprayed for bugs and spiders as well. The technician, Christian, was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. They were great to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Nate was very thorough. He checked for entry areas around my house and then set poison traps for mice all around my house. He found droppings and entries that I didn't know existed. I hope we don't see the mice again.

Everything went well, the service agent seemed knowledgeable and professionally. However, he did tell me that once the traps were set that I probably would not see any dead mice as they take the bate then leave the house to die. To my surprise, I came home from work 1 day and found a dead mouse in my living room.

The application technician was on time and very professional. He began spraying the interior of our home. He was respectful of the areas that we did not want to be sprayed. The technician made sure that I understood the drying time of the material, potential hazards for our pets, and time required to be out of the house. He also reviewed the warranty information surrounding the service. The exterior of the house was sprayed last. The technician was very thorough and made sure to spray around windows, soffits, etc. I think the overall service was well worth the price. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good pest control service.

I called because of a wasp nest that was underneath the wood frame of our house. We had not been able to get rid of it on our own. Dave came out the next day (arriving at our agreed upon time - which I really appreciated, as I had to take off work). He explained a couple of things that could be done (deal with the immediate problem or take a more whole house, preventative approach). Because of sensitivity to chemicals, I opted for the more conservative approach, ie, eliminate the immediate problem of the wasps. He was very educational, personable and accepting of my decision. He did not push to try to sell me the more expensive alternative. He was also very accommodating of my work schedule; and despite the fact that this is a very busy time of year for them, was able to schedule the technician to come out in 2 days. He also scheduled him at 6:30 am, which was perfect for me and meant that I did not have to take off work again. The technician arrived at exactly 6:30, was very upbeat and friendly, finished in 1/2 hour and even sprayed around our outside porch ceiling, which was more than what we had contracted to do. He did this for no additional charge, as he saw bees in the area.

This service was not originally contracted through Angie's list at the time, as we did not realize they were listed through you.  However, we received the service and found them to be very responsive, thorough and professional.  We own rental properties and will continue to use Arrow Pest Control whenever we need this service. We will now hire them through Angie's List.

They were on time, we had to leave the house.  When we returned, everything was in order.

Tom the branch manager came out himself to help with the problem.  He surveyed the situation, determined where the rodent was entering the house, placed traps in strategic locations and within 24 hours the problem was solved.  We were very happy with Arrow, they are professional and prompt with their service.  We intend to use them again if we ever need pest control service.
