He did a good job. He was efficient and fast; he didn’t get sprayed. I found him online.

I met with Terry once, and then he returned to do his work while I was at work. I didn't need to be there or be inconvenienced.I recommend him for eliminating my wildlife problem without resorting to trapping or other inhumane treatment.

He is great. I have used this company before. I give them an "A" overall.

I tried to trap the raccoon myself, but it was smart enough to tip the live trap over and get the bait and then flip it back over to make it look like he set the trap and took the food.  I will not try to trap them myself again.  Terry from Out of Control Wildlife had the right equipment and the experiance to get the job done fast and safely for all involved.

They were at the house the day after I called, set the traps and trapped the squirrel the same day - removed it the next day. A week later, another squirrel chewed another hole next to the original one. The results were the same for this one as well. They only charged me one set up charge and only charged me the $65 removal fee for the second squirrel, even though they had to set up twice. Very professional with me and humane with the squirrels. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I spent $180 on that service. They looked for indications of any animals in the crawl space and found what they said was a squirrel hole. It had gone under there through a vent and he repaired that and I haven’t heard any noises after that. He was very informative and pleasant and he seemed to be knowledgeable. He told me some stories about other situations he had been in with animals and also about some of their habits. He also looked around the whole house to see any indications of any other animals or entries where they may be getting in. Their pricing seemed a little high.

Called this morning, left voice mail. Terry called me back within 2 hours. I described the problem and the noises that we'd been hearing from our fireplace. Based on my description, Terry was leaning toward the notion that a momma raccoon and babies had taken refuge in our chimney. He quoted me an estimate accordingly, and I asked when he could come out. He was able to come over a few hours later the same day, and found that the inhabitants were actually birds - a family of Sparrows. (So much for my vivid description ;-). Terry removed the youngsters and the nest today, and because he said that they were just about ready to be independent, indicated that he was taking them back to Fortville for release far away from our home. Great response, resolution, and service overall.

Terry is wonderful. Several years ago he found an entry point made by ground squirrels where they chewed through the soffit, got into the basement then up through the walls. He sealed that area and solved the problem. I again started hearing scratching in the walls and ceilings. Terry discovered they had chewed through an adjacent area and chewed part of a shingle. He set traps for the squirrels as they would exit the house, then sealed the entry point. 2 ground squirrels were the culprits.

Terry returned my call promptly and showed up at the exact time of our appointment. I will use Out of Control Wildlife in the future if needed.

He did a really nice job. He even stood out in the pouring rain to caulk the opening for me. He was very nice, and took care of the problem. The only problem was his muddy boots. Everything else was done great.

HE IS FANTASTIC. SHOWED UP ON TIME, GOT RID OF OUR PROBLEM. HIS PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE AND HE STUCK TO IT. PRICE WAS $125 FOR THE SERVICE CALL AND $65 FOR EACH ANIMAL REMOVED. VERY PLEASANT. CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY.

HE FILLED IN HOLES, HE HAD GOOD EQUIPMENT, HE CHECKED BACK SEVERAL TIMES, AND HE TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO CHECK ON THE TRAPS REGULARLY. HE KEPT HIS EQUIPMENT CLEAN. HE ENJOYED HIS WORK AND KNOWS HIS ANIMALS.

HE SET HIS TRAPS AND DIDN'T CATCH ANYTHING FOR THREE WEEKS. HOWEVER WE STILL HAVE RACCOONS, BECAUSE WE ARE STILL HAVING DAMAGE TO OUR ROOF.

GREAT JOB AND I FOUND THIS COMPANY THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.

AFTER SEEING THE RACCOON SHINNY-UP A DOWNSPOUT AND LOADING MY SHOTGUN, I WAS READY FOR A RATIONALE APPROACH TO THIS NEVER-BEFORE-EXPERIENCED PROBLEM. HE WAS KIND ENOUGH NOT TO LAUGH WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED ''ENCOURAGEMENT'' WHEN I SAW A STRAY DOG. SO WHEN HE ACCOMPANIED ME TO THE ATTIC, I WAS FOREVER GRATEFUL. TERRY IS A BORN ''ANIMAL GUY''.
