"Came out to the house and took measurements for a 20'x10' gazebo to fit above the back door & camera & floodlights. After putting it together it did not fit. Could not open the black door. Had to raise gazebo 2'. He asked me to pay him $900.00 that he had another job to go to & would have to trouble shoot & get back with me. Texted & called him several times. Finally he said he would be out. He did show up& again said he gets back with me. Never heard back from him."

"Mike Allen quoted $1600 upgrade my outdoor wiring for an Outdoor Kitchen project next to our inground pool. The job scope included pulling a new 100 amp supply line, replace old wadsworth panel, trace and identify each circuit, install GFCI per code for the pool/spa circuits and wire additional outlets poolside for an Outdoor Kitchen project. Job scope also included moving a water heater circuit to another subpanel. Pat showed up promptly to do the work, completed the water heater circuit, pulled the new supply line, installed new subpanel and leaves with the Outdoor Kitchen circuits incomplete and exposed to weather. Pat called and indicated he would stop back in a couple days though never returned to finish the job. I had to finish the wiring for the poolside outlets so that my family could use the pool safely. I paid White's Electric for electical work I assumed was done per code. I now understand White's Electric installed AFCI breakers in all the pool circuits because they said there is not a dedicated neutral. I recognize this can be a problem with older homes. However, I consider it unprofessional and unacceptable for White's Electric to deceptively install AFCI circuit breakers that do not comply with code and not inform the home owner. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing White's Electric to make right on the poor quality work completed so far."

"I've had 3 remote starters installed. Every time I was satisfied. They're a little pricey, but they guarantee their work for life. Recently, I brought one car in that stopped working. We thought that maybe the remote Fob lost it's signal. After troubleshooting, that wasn't the problem and needed more troubleshooting. I made an appointment because they were getting their driveway/parking lot re-done at that time and I couldn't drive into the shop. . I dropped my car off and ate breakfast across the street while they worked. Less than an hour later, it was done and covered under their warranty. It turned out that the control module went bad and they had to replace it This was about 4 years after they installed it. My daughters car's FOB wasn't working. They replaced the batteries and it started working fine again. There is a new owner there who bought the place from the older gentleman who owned it before. He was very professional and eager to help fix my problem. I wish I could remember his name. I can't remember how much we paid for each install, but I think it was between $350-$400"
