Jake and his son were very pleasant and professional. They explained every step of the process and made sure I didn't have any questions along the way. Jake taught me how to train my dogs with the fence and even did the first training with them. I was concerned that my pups were not going to understand the concept of the fence and we were going to have issues with them escaping, but we've had zero issues and they love the freedom. They system was affordable and we've not had any issues with it either. I've contact Jake a few times with questions and he has always been quick in his response and never seems annoyed that I'm asking question.

Jake was so good with my dog. Everything was done to perfection. I was very impressed with his work and professionalism.

Jake answered all my questions and took the extra steps to make sure the job was done right. My dog has nearly two acres to run on and never has to be chained up. The system has worked just fine and if I were to have problem, the business is local and I am confident he would respond promptly. No complaints!

Great customer service and knowledge of the product he is selling and installing. Answered all the questions we had and gave a quote. Good to know that we can take the collar and box to our next house if we move and only have to pay a fraction of the cost to have a new fence put in. Had a little bit of a wait time for scheduling , but well worth the wait to get the fence in. Understand why, he did a great job!!! Highly recommend Jake and his company.

Jake has been great to work with. We have had several dogs over the years and have had to adjust our Fence-line, or collars on occasion- depending on our dogs. Jake has always been responsive to a text or phone call, and helpful as we make adjustments. He always finds the nicks we might have created with a shovel from time to time and quickly repairs our damage. I find him personable, honest, and fair. We highly recommend him.

Jake was great to work with. If there is a problem he is helpful and corrects the issue. The wire for the stay put fence is much better than the DIY fences(we replaced our DIY fence many times before calling Stay put doggy). The collars are heavy duty (we have dogs that are a bit rough on things) and they are rechargeable! So no need to keep replacing batteries! We Highly recommend Stay Put doggy for your peace of mind and for your dogs safety!
