They quoted the job in days spent and number of employees at this address. They showed up on time and the day scheduled. However, three employees all left at the same time two maybe three different times to get parts. I failed to understand the reasoning for this when they gave me an itemized quotation with the parts needed to complete the job front. Please note: this was not scheduled through Angies List but through one of the big box home improvement stores.

Came out to do some electrics work. They were fast, on time and courteous. Gladly will use again.

Each time I hired them, they were extremely responsive scheduling, I emailed them copies of the inspection reports and they came prepared to do the work required in the reports. The technicians arrived on time, they were courteous, professional, thorough in their work and communicated well with me when there were questions or concerns. I felt so comfortable with them I left them alone in my home to run a few errands. I will hire them again every time I need electrical work performed.

Mike Allen quoted $1600 upgrade my outdoor wiring for an Outdoor Kitchen project next to our inground pool. The job scope included pulling a new 100 amp supply line, replace old wadsworth panel, trace and identify each circuit, install GFCI per code for the pool/spa circuits and wire additional outlets poolside for an Outdoor Kitchen project. Job scope also included moving a water heater circuit to another subpanel. Pat showed up promptly to do the work, completed the water heater circuit, pulled the new supply line, installed new subpanel and leaves with the Outdoor Kitchen circuits incomplete and exposed to weather. Pat called and indicated he would stop back in a couple days though never returned to finish the job. I had to finish the wiring for the poolside outlets so that my family could use the pool safely. I paid White's Electric for electical work I assumed was done per code. I now understand White's Electric installed AFCI breakers in all the pool circuits because they said there is not a dedicated neutral. I recognize this can be a problem with older homes. However, I consider it unprofessional and unacceptable for White's Electric to deceptively install AFCI circuit breakers that do not comply with code and not inform the home owner. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing White's Electric to make right on the poor quality work completed so far.

We had Brent out in August to get a quote on completely rewiring our 2000+ sq ft home that had old knob and tube wiring, upgrading to 200 amp service, AND moving the box, and re-running the wire coming in to the house from the pole. Brent, called and said he could come early for the initial quote, if we had the time. He was nice, and did a thorough job. They were very competitively priced, and we even added in some things, like adding a can light in our bathroom, adding the wiring for a dishwasher and garbage disposal. During the work, the whole team arrived on time every single day (most of the time, they were early and were at the house waiting for me to arrive and let them in). They were very respectful of our home, and worked quickly. We were remodeling the home at the same time, so they had to do the rewire, and then wait for the other crew to finish the remodel to come back out and finish their work. (i.e. put in light fixtures, outlet and switch plates, ect). They were so patient with us, even though our crew took their sweet time and didn't finish for another FIVE months! It was easy peasy to just call the office and let them know the remodel was done, and have them schedule a crew back out, to finish that part of the job. Since then, we've had them back out to add on more things. We're completely remodeling our kitchen at the moment, we had them back out to put 6 can lights and a track light in. Brent came back out to give us an estimate beforehand, and again he was early, and professional. The crew who did the work, was early, fast, picked up after themselves, and did an amazing job as always. We'll have them back out next year to run electrical to the new garage we'll be putting in as well. Every time we call in, the ladies in the office are so nice, and everyone from the company is nice, professional, and does an amazing job. We were sure they'd be sick of us by now. haha But they're super nice and treat us so well. If I could give them any higher of a rating, I would. We will never use anyone else for electric work.. EVER. They're the best. (picture provided is of them coming back out to install can lights in our kitchen during remodeling).

Fairly well. The electrician, Ray Burke, told me the panel contacts were in bad shape and could cause a fire. The panel needed to be replaced. While Ray waited on the parts, he removed all wiring from the breakers and removed the panel. After receiving the new panel, he installed it and started reconnecting the wires to the breakers. Since Ray didn't arrive until mid to late afternoon and it took time for the new panel to arrive, he didn't start installing until about 6 pm. At 8 pm he needed a double-pole and a single pole breaker but had only two slots left. He turned our power on, except for 2 circuits we weren't using, then spent the next 2 hours looking for a four-pole breaker he could put into the two slots. He called saying he wasn't able to find one, then said he will get one early in the morning and install it afterwards. The next morning Ray called and said he had the breaker. He arrived shortly after and had the breaker installed in a short time. Ray worked well past his 8 hours, but stayed until he could get our needed electricity back on. This job normally would have cost more because it was deemed an emergence replacement. However, since I used White's Electrical coupon thru Angie's List, the cost was held at $1,200. I appreciated the time Ray took to get us back up and running. Plus he had to come out the next morning to finish the job.

He was very very helpful. He fixed a switch that was upside down for 30 years at no charge.

Electricians called before arrival, did professional work, and cleaned up everything before leaving. After watching what they had to do, I am SO glad I didn't try to do this myself! Totally satisfied!!!

This was a massive job, and one we were NOT prepared for, immediately after purchasing our home. We got about 10 quotes from electricians, with White's being our favorite. They were not the cheapest, and sadly at first we tried to go with someone cheaper, first. Thank goodness the cheaper person ended up bailing on us, because no one could have come close to White's work, professionalism, and compassion. While they were not the lowest priced, they are very competitive on pricing. Do yourself a favor, and don't try to save a buck going elsewhere. White's is well worth every single penny. The office staff was very friendly, and answered all our questions so quickly. Our field supervisor Brent, stayed in contact with us during the whole project to keep us informed of the next steps in the process, answer any questions, or walk us through what needed to be done. When they started we were told they could arrive anytime between 8am-10am, so I was thinking, they'd come strolling in at 10-10:05am. Nope, not White's. The whole crew was there by 8am every single day, and most of them were there waiting on me when I pulled in a few minutes before 8am. The whole crew treated our home with respect, (put booties on their shoes), and kept me in the loop on what they were working on the whole time. They did most of the work in just a few days. They did have to come back to finish up a few things, as the house is in current renovation, so some things have to be done in stages depending on other contractors. I really can't say enough about how amazing the entire company was. If you need electrical work, big or small, definitely call White's. We will be using them for any and all electrical work we need done in the future.

From review of the project through inspection of the completed work, the project was very well organized and completed. The technicians ran in to some unexpected difficulties that could not have been anticipated. So, the project took a bit longer than anticipated but there were no complaints from either the company or me. We all dealt with it professionally and got everything done much to our satisfaction! The crew was hard working, professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed. The day before the work was scheduled, the man who was actually going to do the work stopped by to look at the situation so he could plan what equipment and tools to bring. He arrived on time the next morning, and he and his assistant worked all day in significant heat to dig the trench of almost 100 yards around the driveway and patio, doing as little damage to the surrounding lawn as possible, then put in the line and a new electrical panel in the garage and reburied the line. Always cheerful and ready to answer questions, he was clearly knowledgeable about all aspects of electrical installation and regulations.

It went very well. The technicians did a great job. Even better was having Brent Smith, the person who provided the estimate, come back the next day when the tub would not power on, and looked the situation over, determined the problem and fixed it, even though it was not his issue, but a problem with corrosion on the tub. We really, really appreciated his going above and beyond for us!

They are outrageous amount. I would never use them again. It was a very poor experience overall. I called them and got no satisfaction. I guess they were on time. I don't know. It was suppose to be a free estimate and cost over $160.00. They didn't do what they were suppose to do and they over charged me.

The job was completed and done to specs.

I was extremely pleased with the work and would hire them again. The fellow (Ray) showed up a little early after giving me a call. He got to work right away. He was very courteous and polite. And just a likable guy who was good at troubleshooting. He had to go get a different size box because the one he brought would not fit. He got a box the was big enough to accommodate future needs if necessary. After finishing, he diligently tried to get as many of the circuits labeled as possible going up and down the stairs many times. I don't know who jerry-rigged the previous electrical box and put in more electrical lines than what the box was rated for but I'm glad the box is now up to code.

They took care of the problem right away and for a lot less then what another company quoted me. I have no complaints and no more electrical problems since they did the work. I called them and they actually came out almost the same day and started working for me.

Perfectly. The tech showed up exactly on time, assessed the situation quickly, obtained the needed equipment and finished the job promptly. And it looks great, very professional. It blends in with the nearby fence so the conduit is hardly noticeable.
