They ran the vacuum after they were done, they laid down guards to make sure none of the insulation got anywhere else in my home and wore hospital booties so they didn't track anything in. They helped me take down my drapes and made sure that they had guards in the attic so the insulation wouldn't cover the ducts. "Good guy who goes above and beyond the contract. We hired him to add additional insulation in our attic. Not only did he do that, he also sealed the cracks and holes where bats where entering our house, and disposed of the guano from the bats at no additional cost! When he finished, the insulation, he recommended spraying the perimeter of the house for stink bugs, box elder bugs, and ants. We haven't seen any of them since he did that. His prices are very reasonable, and his knowledge is unbelievable for a man his age. Definitely would recommend him to anyone."
