As first time homebuyers, Ron guided is through everything and answered our questions. As soon as we contacted him he helped get us set up with a good mortgage broker and next thing we knew we were already looking at houses. He quickly figured out what we were looking for and didn't try to push a house on us that didn't meet our standards. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new house.

Ron was great! I would recommend him to everyone looking to buy a house. He first asked what we were looking for and then helped us find that. He did not try to makes us feel pressured into to buying something we did not want or try to push houses over our stated price range. Very knowledgeable about the home buying process. He was very prompt with answering our questions and replying to our calls and emails. He found us a home inspector and a professional to fix all issues found. He definitely worked hard to make buying our home easy, simple and worry free.

Ron was a great realtor and was able to sell my home / property quickly and for top dollar. I live 2 hours away and Ron was able to get contractors in and out in record time and get the home ready for showing. Ron is truly exceptional. I met him when I was searching for a home in Bloomington in 2015. My sister and brother-in-law recommended Ron for our home buying process, based on their excellent experience with him. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Ron since I was set on buying in Park Ridge East neighborhood and I’m so thankful I did. Ron was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back very soon. Once we found the right place, he strategically got us the place within 2 days of it being on the market with a preemptive offer! He highlighted the concerns he had about the home and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. Ron also truly understands how to sell houses. When we started thinking about selling the house a few months ago, Ron helped us to find contractors to remodel it and do necessary repairs before we list it for sale. He made the process incredibly easy and his thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local and national market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process of selling. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros, cons, and strategy for moving forward. He really treats the situation like he’s selling his own property – he has your best interests in mind. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! I’ve already recommended him to one of my good friends, and Ron helped him to sell his home as well. He's the best realtor with a great team around him.

Ron is a wonderful, friendly, trustworthy man who knows the real estate business like the back of his hand. He helped me navigate the market and make my first home purchase right at the end of the pandemic, when the housing market was unreal due to lumber and other shortages. Ron went above and beyond to get me in the house of my dreams. I never doubted for a second that he was truly on my side. He answered all my questions, he got creative with ideas about my offers on homes, which ultimately resulted in my offer getting accepted through fierce competition. Ron is very kind, generous, and accommodating, and once he knows your plans and desires, he looks at the big picture and provides excellent council to see that you get everything you are wanting, or to walk away. His assistant Connie is also delightful to work with. She and I looked at many houses together, and she is always friendly and her comments as we toured each house were informative and realistic. He is extremely professional and has a great appreciation for the housing market in central Indiana. He and his assistant Connie were a pleasure to work with and made it easy to sell our house, even with the challenges of COVID last fall. Here are some specifics about Ron’s services that were so helpful: • He suggested small but important things to do before listing the house to make it of interest to a wider audience • He took his own pictures, which were amazing, and that sped up the time to list the house • He helped us to determine a fair and reasonable price (we got a full-price offer on the first day!) • He has close connections with area contractors and was able to get them to help us with several items that needed attention following the inspection. We were under a short timeline to close and move out, so getting things done quickly was invaluable. • He was patient and knowledgeable with all of our initial questions (we have only gone through selling one house previously and it was years ago), as well as very efficient and timely in answering questions that came up along the way. Things went superbly. We live in Colorado and were selling a rental home in Indiana. He helped us by getting the home inspected and lining up the necessary help to make needed repairs and improvements. He always kept us informed about what was happening, and he found a buyer as soon as the house was ready to go on the market. I quickly learned to trust and rely on Ron, and that trust paid off. I had no idea that a real estate agent would do as much to get the house ready and sold as Ron did. He more than earned his commission. I can't imagine a better agent.

Ron is a great realtor to deal with. He is responsive and goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. He facilitated a sale that was long distance for us making it unnecessary for us to travel back and forth to the property as circumstances would otherwise have required. His pleasant demeanor throughout made this sales experience enjoyable. We purchased this property through Ron years ago and he was our first choice in realtor when we made the decision to sell. A sale during Covid-19 turned out to be a bit challenging but Ron and his office staff made the process so convenient for us. If we needed a Realtor in his area, we would definitely choose Ron again.

Ron is very professional, meticulous and efficient in his work. He puts in extra effort in everything from listing to closing. He helped us selling our home in Bloomington, IN very quickly. He knows many contractors who helped us fixing things that Buyers had requested. His team is great and responds quickly to emails and phone calls. We really appreciate that he made sure that the money was received and transferred for our next closing the same day after selling this house. I was moving to the Bloomington area from out of town so I had very limited time to view properties and Ron made sure to understand my needs/wants so as not to waste any time viewing unsuitable homes. He was very efficient in getting all the viewings lined up and even managed a couple last minute ones I wanted to see before I left town! It was also critical for me to be able to do nearly everything remotely since I wasn't going to be traveling back and forth. Ron was incredibly helpful in working with me to get all the paperwork done via email - from the initial offer right up to the closing. He provided timely updates and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him!

Ron and Connie performed what they wanted to do without pause and to perfection! On our first day of showings (open house) Our home sold within hours!!! I know that's not very common, but it goes to show what Ron and Connie have the ability to do. Other members in our family have used Ron with great success as well. If the time ever comes in the future where we want to buy or sell a property, Ron will be the first and only person we call.

After interviewing several real estate agents we contracted with Ron Plecher. Ron was very friendly, knowledgable, professional and super proactive. He took all the house photos himself and they were excellent. He prepped sales folders for prospective buyers, gave us tips on prepping for the showings. He coordinated for needed repairs and cleaning. We listed with Ron and had an offer to buy within 4 days. His assistant Connie was wonderful to work with as well. Ron was wonderful to work with! He was the 1st realtor I interviewed. 3 days later, on a Tuesday, I selected Ron to sell my home. On Wednesday Ron took photos for online accounts and on Thursday my home was in the MLS. 2 days later, my home was sold! Ron provided me with great advice such as clutter to remove, keeping the home as bright as possible, etc. This is a story with a happy ending!

Ron was great to work with he always had a positive attitude concerning the sell of our house. He recently sold our land which I have been told its harder to sell property in some locations. Ron put it on the market, we had a number of people interested, Ron kept us regularly posted and he finally sold the property. I thought his rates were great.

Ron is by far the best realtor I have ever engaged with. I needed to sell my home while already moving out of state and traveling quite a bit for work. Ron handled everything and was so professional and I never had to question if he had my best interests in mind.
