About us
Ng Services is a family run business that has been in operation since 1993, but has recently opened up for a full time schedule. We offer: PC/Mac setups, tutorials, repairs, upgrades, networking, Wifi installation, Remote access repair ( Save money! Some problems can be fixed without us coming to your home!) Home theater and security camera installation, and custom built gaming computers. We have three technicians; Alan, Daniel and Luke. Alan has over 25 years of experience as a computer technician and has trained his sons in the field. All three have worked for other companies as computer techs and are experienced Mac and Windows certified technicians. We can also help you connect and manage your social media and help keep your business actively seen on various platforms.

The process went very well. I was contacted very promptly to schedule the appointment. The tech explained what he was doing every step of the way. My computer speed was improved and some issues I was having were corrected.

Alan suggested I should go ahead and upgrade to Windows 10 from 8.1, which I was happy to do. He reinstalled everything that I needed, including my Anti-Virus and Office docs. He picked up my laptop from my house the same day I called him, and dropped it back off to me the next day with the work completed. He even gave me a discount!

It went well. He spent 3 hours working on the old computer and set up new one. Even helped set up the printer and other stuff before leaving our home. He made sure everything is working and left the job completely done.

Excellent! The team was courteous and answered all of my questions. Presented the whole " picture" of what was needed and let me make the choice. Very knowledgeable in their field. Also, very neat in their work. I will always call Alan and Luke when I need help.

All services were completed and instructions given on cell phone printing. This was practiced by my husband and I. Other questions were answered regarding device security including erasing browsing history on cell phones and laptop. Techs were easy to work with and added supplemental info along the way which was helpful.
