The whole team is knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, on-time, and responsive. For almost the whole time that I have been their customer, I have only had a small wasp issue in the eaves of my house, which was promptly taken care of within 24 hours of my notifying Smith IPM. The ONE time they?ve came out they stuck a dollar store ant bait trap on the counter and that was it. I?m pretty sure they make their own reviews on google because this page seems more accurate to how terrible they are as a business. If I was stealing someone?s money for a job I didn?t do I?d get in trouble so I?m not sure how they get away with it. Going forward when someone comes to my property trying to sell something it?s gonna be an unpleasant situation since I have no soliciting up. AVOID HAWX AT ALL COST!"
