When he drove to his supplier to purchase a toilet to change out my old and beat-up model, he let me know he would be calling me from there. Glad he did that, b/c we discussed an odd situation that arose: the toilet "kit" contained no seat! Because of the trust he already commanded in our short interaction, I asked him to please purchase something utilitarian and tack it onto the bill. This he did, installed the new one in under an hour, and never charged me for the seat, though I pointed that out to him. He let it be known that that was on the house. Service beyond excellent."
