Steve is a very nice guy and was a pleasure to work with.  He is detail oriented and the quality of his work is excellent.  He arrived when he said he would.  I appreciated his responsiveness because I am getting my house ready for sale.  He will be the first contractor I call in the future.

The previous contractor left a mess and Steve was able to repair the issues to 90% plus of what it should have been from the first.  He did great work and was very quick in getting the job done.  Without his skill and experience we would have had an eye sore but now we have the remodeling looking the way we envisioned.  We are very satisfied in his ability to take someone else's very poor work and make it good again.

Steve did a very good job and cleaned up all debris we were extremely happy with entire job.

He came out very promptly, and was very kind and knowledgable about what needed to be done.  The price quote seemed good, so I accepted the quote.  He also said he would help with a transition strip when he saw that in my house, which I accepted. I like when a contractor offers other services like that.
 The job went well, accept that his rubber cement was all hard, so he had to come back the next day to finish the job.  My main problem with the job is that the toilet water inlet pipe is no longer secured to the joist below. The pipe can be moved up and down.  I am not sure if it was possible to have this working as before, but I was expecting it to.
Also, the subfloor around the tab was a mix of shims and wood strips, where we knew it would be challenging, but it did result in a lot of difficulty when installing the floors.  Also, there was a slight high edge where the sink cabinet went, which has resulted in difficulty in installing the sink bank square.  
Nevertheless, I am overall happy that I didn't have to do the work myself and that it turned out fairly well.
On pricing, I did mention that I was an Angie's list member near the end, but he said the price was already discounted.  In general, I do have trouble getting contractors to honor their Angie's list discounts.

Steve was great!  He gutted and remodeled our master bath from the studs out - electrical, plumbing, new shower and toilet, ceramic tile floor, new ceiling and window.  He build a new master bedroom closet.  He installed laminate wood floors through the house and replaced multiple windows.  He also performed lots of misc. tasks we asked.  We ended up with a bad toilet, and he persisted until the issue was resolved.  He was good with details and thorough.  I have recommended him to several friends, family and co-workers.

Steve did a very complete inspection of our job, and went over our options. All costs and the process were thorougly explained. The job started on schedule and progressed nicely. We love the new floor and he has very responsive to our questions and some additional work that we needed. We can highly recommend him!

He was very knowledgeable about the project. He reviewed it in detail and went over the cost before he got into it. He involved me in making the decisions and problem solving during the project so he seemed to be very good at what he did. I would most definitely use him in the future.
