The first time I used him was five years ago. He cleaned up after himself. He put the bigger gutters on and fixed the problem. The rain use to come off the roof so fast it overflowed. We haven't had any problems since. He did the repairs the first time and the cleaning the second time. Ken Lancaster is his name. His fees went up a little bit but it's not bad

He cured the problem that I had had other businesses over several years (a couple of which were large firms) work on and never solve. He took ownership of the problem and even searched for and hired a subcontractor to do the work he could not do. His charges were very reasonable and I would hire him again in a minute.

I now have more ice build up then I have ever had since I have owned the house. They currently are not responding to any of my calls. Due to the ice build up I now have interior damage, and it has caused my driveway too buckle. The total extent of the damage is currently unknown

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional.

"This is not so much about Sherriff Goslin as it is about the Art-Loc 2nd Century Plus Storm Proof Shingles that they put on my roof. The roofing was done back in April 2011 and everything went fine and I was satisfied. I had picked out Art-Loc shingles to have put on my roof because the literature that Act-Loc provided stated (among other things) that their shingles "delivered superior algae resistance to help keep your roof looking new". Well, 4 years later, I noticed that the shingles on a large section of the roof were starting to turn grey/black. That part of the roof is in shade about half the day so I guess that is the reason. I've contacted S-G about it a few times, but aside from saying they could go up there with a special cleaning solution sometime to clean up the shingles, nothing has been done about it. I even offered to pay for them to do that, but still nothing has been done. And I can't really blame S-G. They didn't advertise shingles that "help keep your roof looking new"; Art-Loc made that claim. Anyway, if I had known these shingles would start turning dark in a few years, I would've gone with a dark color and not the Berkshire green that I did.So this is just a 'heads up' about these shingles. I suppose if I didn't have any trees throwing shade on the house, I wouldn't be having this complaint, so think twice before buying these shingles.
