I had contracted with another yard services company previously and they were none of those things, so I was suspicious of MJ, but I was having an outdoor party and needed something, ANYTHING done for the swarms of skeeters. MJ came out, when they said they would, charged me what they said it would cost, and the skeeters stayed away for a month. I re-upped the next month and haven't quit yet. I recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends and if you're reading this and want to be able to sit outside at dusk or want to nap in a hammock without having all of your blood drained you should take my advice and hire them

"They came out the very next day after I called which was great because hearing tiny feet running across your ceiling is quite disconcerting! The technician was very friendly, looked over my entire roof and found two holes where the squirrels made entry. He took photos for me so I could see what was going on and then boarded up one hole and put a one way trap door on the other so the squirrels could get out but not back in. A few days later they checked with me and I said I no longer heard the noises so they came by and quickly removed the trap and boarded up the other hole.
