Bobby came out the next day after I called him because another plumber didn't show up. He was very pleasant and understanding on the phone. He arrived on time and was very professional. Bobby brought a mat to use so he wouldn't harm my flooring. He knew exactly what to do. I felt his pricing was very fair also. I appreciate that he came out to my home right away and did a professional job.

The entire process went extremely well, from my initial phone call to the time he showed up and diagnosed the leak and repaired the issue. He was extremely professional, called to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem on the spot! I started noticing my hot water would only last about 5 minutes before going cold. I had a newer heater that was installed in Dec. 2015, so it was about 3 & 1/2 years old. I called up Westside Plumbing, immediately connected, and was able to get on the schedule for a time that worked for me. Bobby called me morning of to let me know he was on his way and showed up during his expected time window. He wore booties walking through my house and was extremely professional. He quickly took a look at the water heater and determined that the lower water heater element was bad and showed me exactly how he determined that. He also took time to explain to me how the heating elements worked. He walked me through the pricing, the parts was covered under The total bill was $250 and a 10% discount was applied for being a Angie's List Member. Total time onsite was just under a hour.

They called before they came to say they were on their way. They arrived on time. They came in and reviewed with us what we were wanting completed. We ask for what it would cost and let him begin the work. the first toilet was completed, however the caulk work around the seat was very poorly done. Wax has come out from under the base and there for the caulk would not stick to floor and base. He didn't bother to get it completely around the back. He tried to smooth some of it out with a dry towel it appeared but it just made things worse. In the second bathroom he took off the whole toilet to reset it with the same result however on this one he needed to borrow my small metal hack saw as his blade broke. He had indicated that the flange had broke in two places and so he would have to splice it with two small plates. I approved the repair. after that it was reset. We paid what he said it costs and sent him away. After he was gone, my wife took a better look at the second toilet and discovered it was setting at about 15 degrees angle to the tank. She found a dirty hand print on the wall and a small wad of wax stuck to the wall. My wife called them immediately and explained the toilet problem and sent pictures to them. They returned the following day with the father of the gentleman who had done the work the day before. Apparently it's a Father and son business. They took the seat off again and tried to install a metal flange around the first one, stating the bolts were not holding because the original plumbers had put foam up against the sewer pipe, so there was no cement to tie into. They added an additional flange to the existing one, but had issues finding cement once again. After more drilling dad indicated they would find a way for the toilet to sit straight. The father reported it was back together, but to really make it secure they would need to put a sewer pipe inside the old pipe, then poor concrete around it, to make it really hold. Of course this would cost us more. They did not remove the small glob of wax on the wall an had to be told. The gentleman ask us not to use the second bathroom toilet for 48 hours, so the caulk could set. There was no requirement like this in the first toilet. He ask us not to jiggle or dance on the toilets. He did say we had a one year warranty. As he was leaving my wife heard him say that our house was dirty and how could we tell what was his sons hand print on the wall and boot marks on the floor.

Excellent service. They charged us for a service call and informed us on the care of our plumbing and garbage disposal. Did not try to sell us anything-just a great help.

Bobby and his team are top notch. They have worked around our schedule to accomplish all three jobs. Westside Plumbing are punctual, effective and priced very fair. We do not hesitate to recommend them. Hot water heater - removed 12 year old tank type and replaced with a tankless one. Ensured the system would circulate as before. Then. later added Wi-Fi capability. Very happy with everything. While rerunning the gas line, Bobby recommended dropping one behind our current electric stove so we could have a gas stove option. We are already beginning that search. Shower valve - Chaz accomplished this. He was very good and explained why and how the old valve had failed. Again, very happy with everything. Tub drain - the old one was twenty-one years old, scaly and broken. The new one looks as it did when we built the house. Bravo.

They installed two sump pumps I had but my knees will no longer allow me to install. Great job and nice clean up; Have done business with Westside Plumbing a number of times thru the years and have always been well satisfied with all aspects of the services provided. Will certainly hire again.
