They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. On Feb. 12, I texted Dustin & he requested a photo. I immediately sent that and he agreed to do the work "in a week or so." Not hearing from him, I sent a text Mar. 8, "Hey Dustin, just a reminder, do you have me on your schedule?" I have heard nothing back from him since then. Overall I am satisfied with the work, but I paid him to finish the job, and it is not finished. As to the question, Would I use this provider again, will be dependent on whether he completes the job satisfactorily."
