I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!! "Unprofessional. Mardell (at N-Route) moved the washer/dryer out of place in a haphazard way and broke the vintage tile without informing us that he was moving it. He refused to take responsibility for the damage, nor the repair fee he would already charged. The tile is 100 years old and very difficult to replace."

"He arrived at the time we agreed on. In fact, he was early. He moved the refrigerator to determine the location of the water leaking on the floor. He determined it was the water hose attached to the back of the refrigerator, showed me the problem and explained how the problem could be resolved. In less than 15 minutes, he repaired the leak. He also cleaned up the water on the floor in the back of the refrigerator."
