I've used them before. They're very good. Their prices are competitive and they got a good customer service.

The sales portion was good.  We were shown options to match our existing GE Profile Microwave/Convection oven.  We decided upon a floor model Profile Range that had been discontinued.  The salesman was prompt in looking for their best price, which was the same price as other larger retailers for the same item.  Our salesman also threw the new gas line in for free.
Delivery also went well.  I had other appliances delivered by a larger chain store that contracts out to a third party.  The gentleman sent by Maruszczak were much better than anyone I had ever dealt with.  They were on-time.  Courteous.  Covered all of my flooring from the front door & through the kitchen with cardboard to protect it.  They were very careful not to scrape the range or my doorways while moving around.  I also had my old range put in the my basement and they were even careful with it.  Unlike other delivery services they also explained the process of readying my appliance for use, such as running the oven for 20mins before it can be used. Also, there was no add on charge because they were delivering and installing a gas appliance like other companies.  No tack on fee to hook-up, turn-on, & test the gas line they installed.
I would definitely but an appliance from them again and have it delivered for sure.

bad to worse.....very poor service and repair man didn't know what to do with a Maytag refrigerator. Costs us money to have no results.

Fantastic experience. Everything went exactly as discussed. The purchase, the delivery and the installation were all top quality. we will be back.

Great as usual.  I have used Maruszcak's not only for repair but also for new appliances.  They are prompt with delivery, as well as service appointments.  Their staff installs and repairs AND cleans up after they are done.  A great local store, much better t han the "big box" outlets.  The fact they also do service is a plus.  Prices are competative also.

They installed the dishwasher about a week ago. After they left I noticed it was crooked. They came back out to straighten it out yesterday. They responded quickly. This is the second or third time I have used them. The girl I dealt with at the store was terrific. She was very helpful. The price is a little higher than you would get at Home Depot or Lowes, but you get better service with them.

They are honest. You can tell they are committed to their customers.

They do a great job. They come out see what I need, order parts, call back to schedule appointment and then come back to fix everything nicely.

They were excellent. The customer service and the products were excellent. Overall, it was a really good experience. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They do a lot of very good service.  I've used them for years.  They are very good.  My experience has been very positive.  They've always been excellent and punctual.  I've never had to have them back out to fix the same thing.  They've been very good.

Well in this case, not very good. In fact he made the problem a little worse. I would not say it was a good experience. He was attentive to what he was doing and tried to fix the problem as best he could, but made the problem worse. If I did ever build a new house, which I doubt I will, I wouldn't go with this company for appliances.

IT TOOK THEM LONGER TO COME OUT THEN I WOULD OF LIKED. THEIR SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT WORKING QUICKLY AND MADE SURE TO DO THE BEST JOB THEY COULD.

MARUSCZAK APPLIANCE HAS BEEN MY GO-TO COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME NOW. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. I USUALLY BUY MY APPLIANCES THROUGH THEM TOO.

I WOULD SAY TO SHOP AROUND AND SEE IF YOU COULD FIND SOME PLACE BETTER, BUT I AM A FIRM SUPPORTER OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CHEAP AND VERY RELIABLE. I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANY ONE.

WELL, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND QUITE WELL PRICED. WE BUY ALL OF OUR APPLIANCES THROUGH THEM, AND THEY'VE ALWAYS MAINTAINED THEM.
