"It's true there were problems with the humidifier at this customers home. However, she failed to mention that we never charged her and we did have all working properly. Also we came out for free due to operator error. In the end we actually lost money on this job but never gave up, and did what was right and fair."

Ken diagnosed the problem and explained it in detail so I could fully understand the problem. It needed limit switch and basically the furnace was too big for our house. So he said we needed a bigger vent exiting the furnace. It was New Year's Eve and the supply house was closed for the holidays. He said he or someone would be out first thing Thursday (1/2/14) to fix it.
Sure enough first thing Thursday (1/2/14) Chris came out and put the parts in. On Friday (1/3/14) Ken came back out to check it and adjusted the flame which was too high and adding to the past problem. He also suggested down the road at our convenience to put in a cold air return in the family room which will also cut down on our heating and air conditioning bills which we intend to do.
We I can tell you Ken is our hero. Recently when the State of Emergency was put into effect due to the snow and cold weather with below zero temperatures, the furnace worked fantastically for the first time. With those temperatures in the past the furnace would have never functioned properly. I have recommended Absolute Air to my friends and family. Thank you, Ken!
