Would you believe my heat went out when temperatures was in the negative 20’s. After calling a few company’s with little results, I came across Mountain Top. They came to assist the same day ordered the parts and I had heat the day after. He explained everything. Also very friendly and the price was very affordable.

Promptly restored my heat. The problem was my thermostat which he replaced. No nonsense. Checked out furnace from top to bottom. It works better than it has ever. It is only two years plus old but never was properly tuned. It was so loud when operating. Now so much quieter. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

The installer did not use any cover to place his equipment on, resulting in a scratched floor, and metal debris, and he left dirt marks on the wall. His wife called, and he had her on speakerphone, and we could hear all of the obscenities she was shouting. If you hire this company, make sure they secure the work area, so no damage is incurred.

Its also amazing to me that you didn't appreciate the extra mile Mountain Top Heating Air and Appliance had to go through just to install your thermostat. So, you thought about this for a month or so after the job was done. When, if this was your complaint, you could've voiced your concerns at any point during the service and/or called the office. We had to make a special metal base plate just to install your unit. it wasn't a easy task, and we always clean up after our work, so, thanks for letting me use your broom and dustpan, while you were listening to my phone call, please forgive my wife, something tragic happened."

Had trouble with my furnace. It would not come on. Called Mountain Top, and Norm came out right away. He could have fixed the problem, but my husband and I decided that we needed to replace the 16-year-old furnace. Norm and his helper picked up the new furnace and installed it the next day. They worked until the job was done and cleaned up afterward. The furnace has been running efficiently ever since. I am so glad we chose this company. They gave us a very good price, and we would recommend them to anyone! A company that you can trust. YAY!

Norm thoroughly cleaned all the equipment. He also cleans up rather than leaving a mess. He gives you an estimated time of arrival, which is accurate. The pricing was reasonable. I like that he had the needed parts with him eliminating the need for a return visit. I will continue to hire him as well as recommend him.

It's the hottest 3 days of the year to date ... sheesh! My disappointment and frustrations were on another level from dealing with companies that were too busy to finish the job, taking up your time for inspections to only offer a $6000 solution, while knowing that a replacement motor will solve the problem! Mountain Top were compassionate and fair! They too were overbooked due to the extreme heat, but came out on SUNDAY to not patch, but effectively FIX the unit!!!! Reasonably priced and the most awesome experience with those that we enter acted with and they followed up to make sure that everything was running as it ought! They deserve 100 STARS!!! Call them 1st to resolve your issues!!! Thank You Mountain Top!!!!! Highly Recommended!!!!

My very old A/C system failed, of course on one of the hottest days of 2020. I did not know what to do or who to trust with both quality work and a good price. Norman from Mountain Top was at my place giving an estimate very shortly after I was contacted by Them. Norman assured me a great price and a professional install of a new A/C system of my choice. The NEXT day my new and more efficient central A/C system was up and running. My 1965 town home is now Cold on every floor. Norman is very diligent, meeting every challenge that older structures sometimes pose. Integrity, Professionalism and Standing behind their work are words I would use to define Mountain Top Heating, Air and appliance repair. A Great Price was also Given! Thank you Norman and Phillip.

I highly recommend. Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and will not over charge. Norm came out next day and was ready to work while other services made us wait a week. Now we have ice cold AC and are extremely satisfied. Norm is our HVAC tech going forward

This was the easiest home repair I have ever had they answered me promptly even came out and installed the same day they were excellent I'm happy with the customer service and installation the installers were very courteous answered all my questions and there were no hidden fees I definitely will recommend them and will also only use them for all my other jobs very happy customer 😊

To this date, the furnace that was installed is still not working as it should. Although an effort was made, I felt Norman did not know what to do although he was the one that installed the unit. I am very disappointed with the unit especially since it was not cheap. I felt that more effort should have been put forth. At this point I have a furnace that just sits on the wall.

"Sorry to hear that the unit is still not working after the 6 times I returned to figure out the problem. After changing out gas valves, pilot assembly, redirecting exhaust, and sealing any holes that can cause for the unit pilot to shutdown. I have come to the conclusion that it's not the system it's the construction of your addition to the house. Air in between your wall that's blowing that pilot out, God bless."
