My husband went into their store and picked out our appliances. They delivered the appliances very promptly and everything showed up without a scratch. We looked around before we bought through Tom's and their prices are more reasonable than the other places we looked at.

THEY'RE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL. I FELT THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT CLEANING UP, AND CHARGED A FAIR PRICE.

IT WAS A HORRIBLE ORDEAL. THEY WOULD COME OUT AND REPLACE THE HEAT SENSOR AND IT STILL WOULDN'T WORK. THE SUPERVISOR HAD TO COME OUT AND FIX THE MACHINE, AND UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE HAS REPAIRED IT SATISFACTORILY.
