He refused to take responsibility for the damage, nor the repair fee he would already charged. The tile is 100 years old and very difficult to replace."

He determined it was the water hose attached to the back of the refrigerator, showed me the problem and explained how the problem could be resolved. In less than 15 minutes, he repaired the leak.
