Incredibly rude! Showed up an hour early I was still at work he left me a message that said call him back if not have a great life! I called him and he did come back at the scheduled appointment time after telling me I blew him off by not answering but this guy is incredibly arrogant and rude! Would not recommend!

Rodger answered the phone right away. He asked me 5 questions about my refrigerator problem. He diagnosed the issues over the phone. He told me the cost of the repair is just as much as a new refrigerator. What I think is so great about that is that he was honest. He didn't schedule an estimate that would cost $60 because he said, "well if I can save a trip and you can save money that's better."

did not fix he onpluged wire and pluged it back in then left. it worked for one load and went back to lid warning. I called for two DAYS& no answer.would not use your service aain

Stopped water leak and replaced ice maker

I called and left a message... both on the "Angie's List " number and the one listed for them on-line. I never got a return call.

A+ Roger fixed the issue we had with our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and even took the time to troubleshoot over the phone before he came out. Very trustworthy and I would highly recommend his services.

Roger performed initial diagnosis over phone, which ended up being correct. Was verified at time of actual service appointment. Service call fee is good for a year, should problem occur again.

While Roger does not work on our brand of refrigerator he made a recommendation of something we could try before we called another repair person. What Roger suggested worked and we now have a working freezer and never spent a penny.

Roger was up front that the cost of the repair would be too much to warrant keeping the dishwasher. I only paid his fee to come out.

Roger was awesome. Came out right away. Was actually early for the appointment but called to be sure it was okay if he came out early. Explained what he was doing in terms I could understand. After defrosting the freezer side Roger did a test on all the electronics. He found that the defrosting heater was burnt out. He had the part on his truck and had it replaced quickly.

Rogers appliance came at the same time I got home from work. Very nice gentleman. The dryer caught on fire, but being a 14 year old dryer it was not worth fixing.

Roger is great, honest, reasonable in his prices, on time and very helpful in saving the customer money. I've used him on different occasions. Not sure of the exact dates, I was browsing on Angie's List today and ran across his ad. had to write a review! You will not be disappointed in his work.

I called Roger on Sunday after my side by side refrigerator stop working. The freezer side was working but not the fridge side. He actually called me back on Sunday and told me what to do to get me thru till he could come. It worked . When he arrived on Tuesday for the appt. he was actually early and I was the one who was late he totally understood. He fixed the fridge and works better than when I bought it. I highly recommend Roger I will use him for all my appliance repairs from now on.

Roger arrived at my home within his scheduled appointment window. I had already told him what the problem was and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it. He explained what had caused the unit to malfunction and also provided maintenance tips for my dishwasher to extend it's lifespan and keep it in good running condition. He was very professional and I would definitely call him again.
