"Terrible. Deck and porch have never been touched. Shrubs and plants were torn out but never replaced. Debris was left all over the yard. Contractor kept demanding more money but never showed up with materials. Basically stole $8,000 from me and is now running. Couldn't be served with court documents because business was abandoned, mail returned, and not answering phone. There are no words to describe how big a mistake it was to do business with this company."

She never signed up for services in 2025 and ignored their mailer because she did not want them back. They showed up anyway, treated her lawn without permission, and then sent her bills. When I called, they hid behind their ?policy? that customers must cancel in writing or by phone?an automatic renewal trap buried in fine print. Most people assume that if you don?t sign up again, services stop. Not with this company. They count on people, especially seniors, to miss the detail so they can keep billing.
