"This company is predatory and takes advantage of senior citizens. My 83-year-old aunt used them for one season only. She never signed up for services in 2025 and ignored their mailer because she did not want them back. They showed up anyway, treated her lawn without permission, and then sent her bills. When I called, they hid behind their ?policy? that customers must cancel in writing or by phone?an automatic renewal trap buried in fine print.
