Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
This company is predatory and takes advantage of senior citizens. My 83-year-old aunt used them for one season only. She never signed up for services in 2025 and ignored their mailer because she did not want them back. They showed up anyway, treated her lawn without permission, and then sent her bills.
When I called, they hid behind their ?policy? that customers must cancel in writing or by phone?an automatic renewal trap buried in fine print. Most people assume that if you don?t sign up again, services stop. Not with this company. They count on people, especially seniors, to miss the detail so they can keep billing.
To make matters worse, they even turned an elderly woman?s account over to collections. This is disgraceful.
?? Warning: Their services automatically renew unless you explicitly cancel, and they?ll treat your lawn whether you approve it or not. These business practices are deceptive, unethical, and predatory. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that respects

I am very disappointed with my experience with ExperiGreen. I called the call center on 8/23/25 after my yard had already been treated twice in August with no improvement in the weeds. I specifically requested a callback before any further treatment was done. Nobody called me back until 9/16/25, nearly a month later.
When I finally received a call from 317-552-2179, the gentleman first told me there was no note to call me back. Toward the end of the call, he admitted he saw that I had requested a follow-up but dismissed it by saying the customer service team is overwhelmed and probably forgot to schedule my callback. That may be true, but as the company, it is your responsibility to take accountability. It is not my weight to bear as the customer.
To make matters worse, the gentleman on the phone was unprofessional. He repeatedly talked over me, was not interested in hearing my concerns, and focused on defending the call center instead of resolving my issue. He even tried to shift t

I initially received a recommendation to use ExperiGreen from a landscaper friend. Was told their value, and quality couldn't be beat. I have had multiple weeding/feeding treatments this summer, and multiple pest control applications this summer, however. My initial contact was with Andrew, a sales rep. Be basically told me what I wanted to hear, to get me to sign on, only to find out later on, he basically lied. I was promised a specific price, which was to include pest control. It did not. I spoke with a different rep, who got me in contact with the owner, who after a healthy discount, was able to add in the pest control and retain my business. Fast forward a month, I get a call about scheduling to spray for mosquitoes. I figure, well I don't want those, find out it's another service, and fee. Which I did not purchase. Fast forward another month, I get a call that its time to schedule for a grub treatment, cant have grubs. It is yet another service they are offering for sale, which I did not buy. Fast forward a month, its time to schedule for aeration and seeding, at an additional cost..... See where I'm going with this. Now, as far as the treatments, I have seen a dramatic reduction in clover, dandelions, and weeds. I'd hope so after all I've paid them. The pest control is useless, after multiple applications, I still see ants, spiders, and now black crickets everywhere. I'd call them to complain, but I'm sure it's just another service I have to pay for. Lastly, the tech. Darren seems like a nice guy, he has respected my distance during Covid, which I appreciate. However, this guy sends a notification that he will be performing service at my home the next day, and then just doesn't show. This has happened in the past, requiring a reschedule, and a call to corporate, this time however, he has missed two appointments this week. I called into the office to find out if my tech was indeed coming out today. I was told he was not. I have decided to cancel my services with ExperiGreen and will choose another service to finish out my treatments.

This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!! This stuff doesn't work on your grass. I have called several times to tell them to cancel the service, and they kept sending people to treat my yard with their crappy products anyway. THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK. MY GRASS LOOKS TERRIBLE. I've gotten 3 bills since cancellation. This company is a nightmare. I ended up having to higher another company because I had crickets in my backyard that they were suppose to get rid of which they did not. My grass also looks like crap. I've expressed this to them several times. They said that they canceled and sent out more parole to apply applications that still didn't work on my grass. This company is a scam!! I'll be contacting any and everyone to file a complaint against this company.

Great. Quentin performed the treatment and spent time with me answering questions and explaining additional available services. He has done our work in the past as well and is a very personable young man who does a great job.

I was late to sign up so I missed the first treatment. A couple weeks after the 2nd treatment and not seeing a big improvement I nearly cancelled. I reminded myself that these guys are pros and know what they’re doing and to stay the course. Am I ever glad I did, after the 3rd treatment of herbicide and the 4th of fertilizer and herbicide, my yard sprang to life! Dark green color, weeds are 80% gone, and my yard finally looks amazing. Experigreen is the real deal and they are true pros when it comes to lawn care. Highly recommend.
