I called the owner Mr Barnett on 9/26 and within two hours he was at my house and I could tell I was in good hands.  He was in no hurry to explain everything that needed to be done and things I'd had done to my yard in the past he told me was a waste of money. I asked him when he could do the job and he told me the next morning which was 9/27 at 9am.  He was there at 9am on the dot.  I like it when I hire somebody and they live up to their word.  I liked his work so much I'd hired him next year to do his fertilization applications on my yard.

Very good experience, always informative, timely, and the right price. Charlie communicates everything that he is doing, what it will do, and what I can be doing to enhance my lawn.

Mr. Barnett was friendly and professional.  He was knowledgeable regarding the issues I have been dealing with.  He walked with me throughout my entire lawn and identified different weeds, ivies and grasses and which herbicides work best.  He provided me with several options for the services he could offer and even provided a few tips for landscaping ideas and the best way to kill poison ivy.   He was able to start immediately and we've had 2 treatments so far.  Our weeds were killed out within 2 weeks and our grass is growing in nice and full.  I appreciate that Mr. Barnett was considerate of my 2 cats that roam my lawn frequently and offered instructions to ensure their safety.  He notifies us each time before he comes and is always available if we have questions.

We are always called a day or two before Charlie comes out to put granular fertilizer & weed killer on our yard which is approximately 3/4 acre.  This allows us to be able to mow if it is needed prior to the application.  He and his workers are very polite and professional and if there are any trouble spots in our yard they let us know and suggest a way to fix them.  Charlie is available for questions at any time and allows us to choose the number of applications without pressuring us to get more than what we want.  Last year we had our yard re-seeded and we are very happy with it as well.  We would definitely recommend Barnett Services to anyone needing lawn care help!!!

They are turning our yard into a lawn!  It takes time and weather cooperation, but they stay at it.  If weeds etc. show up, I just call and here they come to do what is necessary.  Very friendly.  If I'm not home they put the bill in the door.  Last time he even came to the door and suggested I let my dog out before he sprayed to keep my dog safe.  That was very thoughtful.  And they don't kill my flowers!

He came, did the application and fully answered questions that my wife had regarding our lawn.  We are fully satisfied with the service we receive!

Estimate of our former yard with full lawn fertilization, treatment, seed, and aeration. We went from the worst yard in the neighborhood to the best. Recently moved to Indianapolis area and he is coming down to do the same in our new home. Very intelligent, reliable, and best of all honest. We used other companies that were over treating our yard (and wallet) and I won't go back.

I haven't had the prettiest yard in the block, lots of weeds and dead patches of grass in shady areas and where water constantly puddles. I called Barnett Services and Charlie came out and gave me a free no obligation estimate. He was very thorough in understanding what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. It's been almost a year now and he has never missed and treatment and now there are people calling him in my neighborhood, because of the incredible improvement in my yard. (All the shaded areas where grass has never grown is now being mowed every week or else it is too tall!!)
