Ron replaced several rafters that were damaged by mold and used wood that was in the shed to replace other rafters at no additional charge. The original quote was for replacement of damaged plywood sheeting after replacing the damaged sheets Ron went ahead and replaced the rest of the sheeting at no additional charge. He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job. Ron kept us informed from the beginning to the end and the end result is exactly what we envisioned. In the future we will not hesitate to call Megrock Construction for all of our home repair needs."

"Jeff called me quickly to chat about the issues we were experiencing at our home when i posted my request. I explained there was water leaking through the ceiling and we were not sure exactly where it was coming from. He explained the process and offered a free estimate. Jeff came out around my work schedule and brought another employee with him and got started on finding the leak which only took them about 30 minutes. They had to cut into the wall and ceiling and the finished product looks great and does not leak anymore. The ceiling is textured and they did a great job of matching it. Very professional and reliable! I will be calling him back to repair some nail pops and finishing a banister in my stairway. I recommend him and his team!"

"We had empire do our stairs and the sales guy Ryan said several times it would be fully completed. We specifically asked about the top and stair nose, and were told it would be completed. To our surprise the installer didn?t have the stair nose upon install. It?s been about 5-6 weeks now and we still have unfinished stairs. They were supposed to come the last 4 weeks. 3 of the weeks no one showed up and the one time someone did, they had the incorrect size stair nose. I used empire in my last home and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. You think they would want to treat repeat customers better.horrible and greedy company! After they get your money, they don?t care anymore! Don?t use this company"

"This is the worst experience. I paid over $ 800 to have my sofa and house cleaned carpets were fine but the sofa was not cleaned. I am ending up have to wash the cushion covers Becouse the fabric is washable, They came out a second time and Rob the tech tried to say my sofa had new stains, but was the same stains that he didn’t clean. What a waste. I will never use them again I asked for my money back for the sofa and was told no. Do not use!!!! If it doesn’t get clean then oh well!"

"Horrible experience. Botched job!! Day one after construction I asked someone to please come look at the job!! Steve blew me off until time to collect final payment. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

"The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. Would definitely recommend Factory Plaza Per the picture the installers will do what is needed to get the job done 🙂"

"First, I want to say that the job I asked Mr. Sandless Indianapolis to do, was a terrible job. It's a 100 year old restoration with hardwood that had carpet glued down on top of it for many years. They did an amazing job. Stacey was very quick to get an accurate estimate and to get technicians out to the house and started within a week. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and very professional. I asked a number of questions, all of which were answered in a complete and timely fashion.
