Bob was very good about explaining the work that needed to be done and the steps that would to be taken. They replaced the limestone, cleaned it, sealed it and matched the mortar to the existing brick. Very good experience. "Chris King was extremely professional on the phone when I called him about two potential foundation issues within my home.  He took the time to explain different potential foundation issues and the methods that he uses to fix them.  When I told him I needed an appointment as soon as possible he took time to work my service call into his schedule, between other appointments.  He arrived on time and inspected my foundation problem areas and educated me about the types of indicators that evidence whether water is actually intruding into the home.  Fortunately, my probably was not grave but he did proceed with filling/sealing the crack.

"Had a sump, perimeter gutter and vapor barrier installed. Took a couple of days over the estimate due to very well constructed concrete floor. Steven, Johnny and Chris were very personable and professional. They were extremely disappointed when they were unable to hit the estimate due to the concrete being difficult to jack hammer, but they came back and worked hard and got it finished.
