First, I want to say that the job I asked Mr. Sandless Indianapolis to do, was a terrible job. It's a 100 year old restoration with hardwood that had carpet glued down on top of it for many years. They did an amazing job. Stacey was very quick to get an accurate estimate and to get technicians out to the house and started within a week. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and very professional. I asked a number of questions, all of which were answered in a complete and timely fashion. I would gladly recommend to anyone who had hardwood refinishing needs. Thanks!

In about 4 hours, Mr Sandless refinished my entry flawlessly. It matches the surrounding areas perfectly. I am thrilled. There was no dust because they use chemicals rather than sanding. We were able to walk on the floor in socks almost immediately and it was fully dry in 24 hours. It has exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them !

Hired Mr. Sandless of Indianapolis to refinish my hardwood floors on the main level and upstairs of my home we are selling in Carmel on dates 2-11-19 through 2-12-19. The upstairs hallway is NOT refinished, the stain applied to the main floor was never discussed and is an orange paint/stain, rings of stain on the family room floor from the stain bucket being picked up and moved across the floor, the debris stained over at the study entrance, and damages to the stainless sink in my kitchen used by the refinish technician verses the utility room sink, refrigerator doors and freezer drawer front dents, brass floor plate scratched and stained, and vents full of sanding and wood debris. I was just informed by email that Stacey, the owner had her employees enter my home today, unsupervised and without my permission or knowledge. BEWARE of false advertising as "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" is not happening with Mr. Sandless Indianapolis.

Our experience was fantastic! Stacy was so nice to work with and Brandon was fantastic, as well. We were very nervous about staining the floors because it's so hard to get the correct color. Brandon knocked it out of the park on his stain blend. We showed him exactly what we wanted and he matched it to the T. As customers, we could not be happier. Thanks guys and GREAT work!!

It went very well. Stacey came out and was very helpful in setting the expectations for the day and surveying the work to be done. We told her we were very particular about the work we have done on our house, particularly inside and when significant investments are being made. She assigned Brandon and Scott to the job, and they were as professional, hard working and respectful of our home as we could have asked for. They did a great job, got it done in one day, and kept us updated on progress throughout the day, never making us feel like we were in the way.

This might have been a good experience if there had been better communication from the start. Changing the color of your floors is apparently a necessary part of the process, but that was not made clear even though, when both the company rep and the technician said something about color, both times I said I wanted the floors the honey color they already were. Neither individual grabbed that opportunity to explain their service or to negotiate a minimal color change that might have been acceptable. Now I have floors in a color I don't like and that doesn't match the other wood in our home. The finish is nice and the worn parts of our floors are less noticeable. Nevertheless, if I could have anticipated the finished look I would never have gone forward with the project. I'm sure there's no way to change it now, so I'm trying to be content.

I've had a good experience with that. I think they did everything well. They were prompt, and they did provide the service that they said and I was happy with their service. I'm happy with the experience, and I would use them again.

Brandon did an excellent job, showed up early and took great care in making my floors look their best. He was courteous and kept me informed during the whole process, which only took about 5-6 hours! He showed up at 9 am and I was walking on my floors by late afternoon.

They did a great job! We moved into a new home and found the floors to be in worse shape than expected. Stacey was wonderful to work with and fit us in prior to moving. The day of they were very thorough and explained the condition of the floors and the results to expect. Everything turned out better than expected, given water damage and sun fading spots. The floors look like new without the hassle of sanding!! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Stacy took the order, and she was so helpful. She knew exactly what we needed. Scott and Joel performed the work. We had another company come out before these guys, and they told us we needed a completely new floor. But then I found Mr. Sandless on Angie's List. I cannot express how thankful I am for them. It looks like a brand-new floor. I was so impressed that Mr. Sandless refinished the floor, rather than installing a new one. The best part is that it only took 4 hours. It was perfect! Joel did an amazing job on the floors. He was here about 4 1/2 hours. He kept us informed through the entire process, gave us options of stain color. After the first coat he asked if we wanted it a bit more orange to match the kitchen floor as he thought it would match well. We said yes, boy was he right. Very professional! We have two rooms left to do and we can't wait to get it scheduled with them. I can't say enough about the work they did, just awesome!

We first considered refinishing 800 square feet of hardwood floors on the main level of our home in June 2014. Because my wife is chemically sensitive to oil-based products, we could not pursue the traditional route of having the floors sanded, stripped and refinished with a harsh oil-based product. This was when we were fortunate enough to find and call Stacey at Mr. Sandless. She brought a sample of the pre-finish with her so we could smell the product to ensure it was not pungent (it was very eco-friendly). Stacey evaluated all the high trafficked areas to make sure the Mr. Sandless process would be able to restore the luster to the 26-year old wood floors. She then provided us with referrals that we called to see how the Mr. Sandless procedure worked for them. Two years later we contacted Stacey again to schedule an appointment for her two super service technicians to come and revitalize our wood floors. Scott and Joel arrived at the prescribed time and we walked through the areas that would be treated. After painstakingly applying a non-oil based stain and clear coats to the floor, they made sure we were completely pleased with the new refurbished look. My wife left the house during the process just in case the little bit of odor did not affect her adversely. When she returned, she was incredibly impressed with the “new look” of the floors—they looked better now than they did when we purchased house when it was only five years old! The little bit of odor did not linger and dissipated by the end of the day. We both agreed that the Mr. Sandless process was money well spent and we have already given the company’s contact information to two other homeowners who need to have their wood floors revitalized.
