"During a heat wave in August with temps in the 90s, our air conditioner went out. We had a technician come out on Monday morning who recommended replacement of our unit. I purchased the Enhanced Service Plan for $250 which would provide two annual maintenance services. I was told that the office would call us back with an estimate. Near the end of the day, we called and asked for an estimate and were told we would receive one in the morning. We waited until after noon on Tuesday to make a decision on which company to go with after receiving 2 other estimates. Given the heat wave and having not received an estimate from Mark IV at that time, we decided to go with a company. I emailed asking if I could receive a refund on the Enhanced Service Plan due to the untimely estimate and the company we ended up going with requiring us to use their service for the first year for warranty purposes. I never received a reply or a refund."

"No, The system was installed on the roof and was done incorrectly ruining a new roof shingles. The first rain it leaked causing the whole system to ruin the Sheetrock in the bedroom. It?s was a mess ruining new carpet and an antique dresser. I reached out to Ryan Murphy of Irish heat and air. I also called a roofer and the roofer sent Ryan Murphy of Irish heat and air a video showing him where it was not installed correctly. Ryan Murphy sent a guy out to ?cover the hole? with plastic. This company as well as Ryan Murphy has ignored emails, texts, and phone calls. Mistakes are made but integrity and accountability comes when you take responsibility and fix the problem. Ryan has ignored all this. I had the roofer fix the roof and Ryan has ignored bids I got for the job to fix the ceiling! He was sent a registered envelope with pictures and a letter and still nothing , this catastrophe happened 4 weeks after installation. I am now in process of going to BBB and the licensing board. "

"We had ABC install 13 high-end windows, an exterior door and an exterior set of french doors back in June. We chose them based on reviews and price. It was hands down, the best experience I could have hoped for! Everything was done in one day. They showed up around 8am and were cleaned up and gone by about 430pm. They cleaned up all the mess and even fished out some wrapping and debris that had fell into the pool from the high winds that day. The crew that did the installation was very polite, courteous and professional. I no longer have condensation on the inside of my windows and our cooling bill even went down about $150/mo from last year! And so far, I have only had to keep my heat on 63-65 degrees. The new windows and doors are working great! I would highly recommend them! We will be using them when it is time to replace our roof and gutters as well! They also installed our siding back in September of 2016! The transformation was amazing!"
