Brick or Stone Tuck pointing
After we had our foundation stabilized, we were left with cracked bricks and mortar joints. One crack had gotten too big to close completely, we were not sure how it was going to look, but they did a good job of shifting the replacement bricks to divide up that extra space from the crack.
Our brick is obsolete with a rough surface, so the had to remove good brick from a lower course, and replace those with a smooth face brick of the same color, and that area is hidden by shrubbery. The overall job turned out better than we expected, considering the size of the crack and obsolete brick.

The Company was very professional and organized. I called them to repair the Chimney Caps on my fireplaces which were approximately 30 years old and in need of replacing. They sent an estimator to my house who inspected both caps of the fireplace chases and provided a cost estimate of the repairs while here. I felt the price was very fair. He also provided an approximate time to repair the chimney caps weather permitting. They sent another person to measure the chimney caps before ordering the material. The office text me frequently keeping me up to date on where I was on their schedule. A firm date was scheduled by their office. The installers arrived as scheduled and removed the old chimney caps and installed the new chimney caps in one day. They also provided pictures of the before and after. I am very glad I contracted with Brick and Embers Outfitters of Indianapolis. I highly recommend them. It was enjoyable and easy to work with them..

I met Jason at anhome and family show. He was engaging. It was a pleasure meeting him. His personality lead my daughter and I to schedule the evaluation. Then meeting him again where he provided an estimate sealed the deal. Then I met the installer who was also great! I'm embarrassed I may don't recall his name, but he was efficient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor too. I am happy with the work and glad I connected with this company. They have my referral.

I left the room for 15 minutes & came back in & he said he was done except for cleanup. His tool bag had not moved & he had no ash on him or his white gloves. Donâ t think he did a thing. Did not inspect chimney or tv flue. He was in his truck longer than in the house. Absolute crook. Called office several times & lm to call me.. no callsâ ¦. Do not use this company.
