"This review is a LIE and is on here because the customer is trying to bully us into doing their project for free, actually less than free, they are trying to bully us into doing it for thousands of dollars less than our cost!!! Also. . . How is it allowed for a person to leave multiple reviews on the same site??? This is the same LIE that was posted on May 16th by this person. Also. . . This customer has not paid us in full. . . only a 50% deposit!!! Here are the Facts: Every aspect of this project was covered verbally and in writing, in great detail with the homeowners prior to them agreeing to move forward with anything. We only require a 50% deposit (same as every other company in this type of business.) and we only received a 50% deposit on this job (we do not have full payment on this job). The customer still owes 50% of the agreed upon project amount. They are making up lies in order to try to bully us into doing work for free, or actually less than free, as it would cost us thousands of dollars our of our pocket. This customer is a bully and has been very aggressive towards our employees and company in general. Not going to go into more detail at this time. We are an extremely courteous and professional company. Our goals are always to bend over backwards to please customers and we have tried with this customer. They have refused our offers to reduce the price to below our cost by offering them $2,000 off of their agreed upon price, just to find a resolution to this ridiculous dispute. So far, they have refused to have a respectful dialogue with us."
"Sorry to be so blunt but. . . This review (tirade) is nothing but absolute LIES! Here are the Facts: Every aspect of this project was covered verbally and in writing, in great detail with the homeowners prior to them agreeing to move forward with anything. We only require a 50% deposit (same as every other company in this type of business.) and we only received a 50% deposit on this job (we do not have full payment on this job). The customer still owes 50% of the agreed upon project amount, which is over $5,000 owed to our company. We started this project on the appointed day as per our written agreements and we worked eleven hours on this customer?s home before the supervisor on the job received and emergency call around 6:00 p.m. (after working for eleven hours) from his family concerning one of his kids. He let the customer know that everything would be finished and cleaned up on our second and final day when we come back. Our G.M. also called the homeowner about 30 minutes later to explain the circumstances, expecting the customer to be understanding, but they were anything but. . . they became very irate and heated over the phone, stating that a family emergency was no excuse to leave the job, even after already working for eleven hours! The customer was absolutely livid, stating that a family emergency for one of his kids was not a satisfactory excuse to leave the job (it is around 6:40 p.m. at this point). The G.M. explained that as they were told up front, the project is a two-day job, and that everything would be completed on the next day we come out. After a very aggressive and heated attitude from the customer they finally agreed. They then called back the next day to say that they had decided to just do the work themselves. Please understand that our crew had already completed all of the really difficult work, what was left to be finished was the easy part of the job. They demanded a full refund and explained that after reconsidering everything, that they really didn't have the money anyway to pay us to finish the project. As far as foam getting into some of the outlets, the customer was made aware upfront that this is normal, and it is also in our written agreement (it does not harm the outlets in any manner at all.) We always clean them out after we finish foaming the entire home. We have attempted to find a reasonable resolution but, each time our G.M. talks with the customers (at least four or five times at this point) the customer is extremely aggressive toward him, making threats against him and our company. The G.M. became worried for his and his family's safety when they wanted to know his personal details and was worried that they wanted to know where he lived, etc. and at this point he became fearful for his family's safety. In today's world, you never know what some people will do, and we support our G.M.'s decision in refusing to cave to these extremely aggressive people. Although, we desire to find a peaceful and equitable solution even offering to refund everything except our costs associated with this project, they have vehemently refused. With the agreements being breached and broken by the customer, we have offered more than we are contractually obligated to offer, but they will not see reason. We have signed agreements that this customer has broken, and even so, we have tried to go the extra mile in settling this dispute but, they will not allow us to settle this amicably. The majority of our reviews are all 4- and 5-Star Reviews because we are a very professional and courteous company that believes in giving our customers the highest level of products and service and all we want is an amicable resolution to this dispute."
"Not sure why this review is on here as it is not factual. There was a Freon line improperly and against building code inside of a wall that was not secured to the studs or in any type of protective sleeve (required by code when installing a Freon line inside of a wall cavity.) Since it was just floating loose and unprotected, we nicked it when drilling. Not our fault, it was improperly installed and was totally hidden from our crew. We paid Joseph a Cashiers check for half of the cost even though it wasn't our fault. Customer's are so quick to place bad reviews in order to get what they want, without telling the truth. But, when a company goes above and beyond the call of duty, they refuse to correct their errors. We Always Stand behind our work and we Always strive to give the absolute best customer service to our customers!"
"This review is totally and absolutely false and is being contested! Here are some quick facts: Approximately two months after we completed this project and the customer signing our completion certificate stating that she was 100% completely satisfied with our service, the customer calls us to say she has a couple of small spots of paint in her bathroom that are peeling. Upon going out to look at her bathroom, we found she had two very small spots in her bathroom where her paint was peeling (one about 5", and one about 2"). These were not caused by our foam insulation. It is impossible for our foam insulation to seep through any substrate, especially not, 3/4" this concrete plaster walls! It is a very thick and dense foam insulation. Our foam insulation is also one of the very safest, if not the safest injection foams on the market! It is 100% Non-Toxic and can not cause any health effects! It is totally safe for families, kids, and pets! It has no dangerous chemicals in it at all! Also, our general manager, which is one of the nicest people I know, has over 38 years of construction management experience and has received tons of accolades from our customers for being so nice and caring, and informative. He went out to this customer's home to offer our help, even offering to repaint her bathroom wall and to give her compensation for her time. She was very rude and very passive aggressive toward him and refused to accept, wanting more. We have been out to this customers home five times, doing everything possible to please her, offering to repaint her bathroom wall at our expense and even to compensate her for her time. She has refused every offer and it is our belief that she has possible ulterior motives or has possibly been put up to this by someone wishing us harm. We are an exceptional company that always goes the extra mile to please every customer. We have been in business for many years and over 98% of our reviews are either four or five star reviews, with the majority being five stars. Why? Because we truly care about our customers and we have the best foam insulation available anywhere and our service is to please customers. We are always willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy, and our offer still stands to help this customer, but she has refused all contact at this point. It is a very sad day when people can post complete untruths without any recourse. Follow up coming soon! - John Pantages"
