Went fantastically well! Technician called when expected, showed up early, was polite and easy to talk to, was extremely thorough at targeting the paint spots and areas of the carpet that needed some extra TLC. Did not try and upsell me anything. Will definitely hire again

We had our ductwork cleaned by Mark and Jim from Steamatic. They were professional, efficient, personable, punctual, responsive, respected our property, and cleaned up after themselves. The service cost a bit more than we anticipated, but it also entailed more than we thought. All in all, 5 stars, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
