Our company’s mission statement is founded upon operational excellence. Hooked up with Irish Air through Angie's List. I received a call from Jim Snyder before 7 am, He had a tech to my home just after 8 am. Caleb was the assigned tech. He is a pleasant young man who quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem - blown fuse and a shorted wire. The cost was very fair. I would not hesitate to use them again for my furnace needs.

Tim had to reschedule our Appt but they notified me 48 hours before the Appt and I was able to arrange for another day. Tim came and checked out the Unit and it had leaked all the coolant out and even though the unit was only a little over four years old there was a big problem with the condensing unit (Tim showed me the evidence of the repair that had been done by another company and was not successful in fixing the problem) He was professional he did not throw the other company under the bus but did explain in detail the function and the purpose of the attempted fix. He explained the options of an attempt to repair it again or replace the whole condensing unit. I bought the home only 3 months ago and this was not a happy moment. Tim checked to make sure there was still a warranty on the unit and luckily there was.... I agreed with Tim that a better option would be to put in a new unit which would be covered for two years. He discounted the labor 25% as a gesture in being inconvenienced for not making the first Appt. He set up a date to complete the work only 2 days from today.

The price beat two other proposals by far. Jim and Jake were very helpful in all aspects. The installation crew did excellent work. It is functioning beautifully. The Infinity control system is a wonder to behold. I set the temperature, and it stays at that temperature. I'm looking forward to connecting it to wi-fi!

Owner called immediately and talked concerns over the phone. Set up appointment to come out at my convenience. When Jim came out he gave me the facts, didn't talk me to death and was very informative. Every other company I got quotes from wanted to install a larger unit for a higher price which Jim explained would be too much system for my house but would install if I insisted. I ultimately trusted his judgement and am pleased I went with Irish Air and Jim's expertise.

The day before I had my dryer vent cleaned, the guy realized that my dryer vent was plastic and had shown signs that it had tried to catch on fire, I had them replace it. So we went outside, and he said, where does your dryer vent come out?, Well that wasn't the dryer vent, it was the heating and air conditioning vent, and I told him he had to go ahead and cut that off. So that snowballed into lots of money. He did end up looking at it in the end and I'm a professional and I should have know, and I said, well I told you to cut it off, I'll eat it, don't worry about it. He came out and looked at it and he goes, why is that vent going under your porch and going off into the back?, and I said, I don't know, and he goes, well that's way too much, too long to run for a dryer vent, I said, well let's cut it off, he said, okay. Then he said, wait a minute I don't think that's your dryer vent. I've used them many times, they're good guys.

******..... My AC went out in August. I am still waiting for a new system as these gentlemen informed me i had an obsolete unit and couldn't get any parts. So, I was told that one of the brothers would would come out and try to get me a system with new furnace and whole 9 yards. I was happy and he tried to get me set up for payments or whatever he needed to do. Well, none of that worked and never heard from him again as he told me he would call back. I heard from them once or twice after numerous phone calls and well, like I said, I STILL HAVE NO NEW System much less an Air Conditioner.

"I'm very happy we were able to help you get money from your homeowners insurance for a new AC. We do our best to help every client we can, but we can't get financing for everyone. In this case it just didn't work out, and we don't do in-house financing. I hope you find someone who can help you finance a new system."
