- J.Doheny Glass BlockI originally called in the dead of winter. Because the window replaced was exterior they wanted to wait until the weather warmed. Katie their office manager was very accommodating working around my schedule and very helpful. The work performed was quick and the crew left the house cleaner then when they arrived. The crew even made a return visit to do some touch up work after the sheet metal crew reattached the oven/range exhaust vents which had to be customized due to their awkward size. Great job and great service given that the other companies I called never returned my call to even provide a quote

I was actually told that the scheduler who I had spoken with on the first occasion was on vacation and that they needed to wait until she came back to schedule more appointments. I simply laughed at the guy. Thankfully, the company I did work with did a great job and I have recommended them on Angie's List

"Sanders and Sons did an excellent job on our chimney repair. Tim was meticulous in his work and the finished product reflects that. Beyond that, his kindness and care while working in less than ideal conditions was stellar! Scaffolding had to be installed on decking and steps that our blind dog needed to use to get to the yard. Tim took extra time and used extra materials to make her a safe route out of the house. He is an absolutely lovely man to work with, and I recommend his company to anyone who needs masonry work.

"I first hired another private contractor that seemed to never show up, was always late when they did show, and once they got the 50% dn... I got the materials but no service. I got the business card for CTW from a friend that was an apartment manager in Bloomington, In. They provide apartment painting and cleaning for their company along with several others. The person that came out was very professional, on time, and gave a more reasonable estimated job timeframe. Eventhough it was higher than the original contractor that never finished the job, the person that came out walked me through each part of what was required to do the job and it made more sense. He used the materials dropped off by the other contractor but had to return some and get the correct items for the job to be up to code. Overall, you get what you pay for. CTW was efficent, budget concious, and by the end of the job...the result was better than I expected or originally pictured in my head. I'd also like to add that I priced the job through 2 other Bloomington contractors and both of those estimates were much higher for less work. And from my story... we all know how it turned out hiring the one contractor I got an estimate from that was lower than CTW. Thanks again Rob, Bob, and James at CTW.

"It went so well! This is the 2nd time we have had work done by them! The first time was installing a front door which they were prompt and got the job done within a day! This 2nd time I got several estimates and when I recieved their estimate I decided to go with them! They arrived on Monday at about 9:a.m. with the flooring...they started to take up the carpet and the padding and because of the room size ask me which way should I lay the flooring...which I appreciated and then off they went. They moved furniture along with washer and dryer. They moved quickly and efficiently and got done a 1/2 day early! No complaints with there work...Jonathan and his worker were polite and cleaned up! I will use them for my next job! Give this business an opportunity to serve you!
