"Dan Barksdale is one of the nicest, helpful, and experienced handymen we've ever met. He was punctual, funny, and polite. He finished the insulation and dry wall in our garage, where the  home builder stopped.  He was nice enough to arrange all the cords and cables in the garage walls into one location and secured them on a board. He did not charge us for that  and asked  if we wanted that done before he went to do it. He also installed a pet door for us. His work in the garage was better than what the builder did. We highly recommend him. Mr. Barksdale also installed a storm door for us on the front door. He completed it and then made sure the tension on the door was at the correct level so the door wouldn't slam shut.

"They found the builders had not used pressure treated lumber and that the entire front decorative/support needed to be replaced. Impressed by their knowledge and work"

"John is a first rate builder. The new shed is a sturdy, well built structure that with good maintenance should last 50 years or more. It is a beautiful addition to our back yard and has increased our property's overall appeal. John considers all the nuances--such as hooks for the doors when they are open, hinges which go the length of the door. We had our shed painted before it was constructed and the end pieces are sealed to minimize damage due to warping. You won't go wrong with John. I cannot recommend him highly enough if quality is your driver."

"Would not use this service in future because the price was way to high! Handyman was here for three hours because it took him that long to really determine problem of which I think together we determine that builder of home didn't nail wall to floor poperly. Once that was determined solution was very simple. Way to much overhead with cost structure of company."

"We originally thought we had a simple job of replacing some rotting wood panels on the outside of our house. Mr. Handyman of Avon, Brownsburg and Plainfield discovered that our original home builder had cut some corners that allowed water to penetrate and cause ongoing water damage. Within that same day, Mr. Handyman was able to replace our damaged wood facades with easy to clean synthetic materials and prevented water from penetrating and causing damage in the future. Thank you!"
