When they arrived to give the estimate they were very professional and personable. During the estimate we never felt pressure for them to do more, I decided what I wanted then an estimate was provided. The day the came to do the work again very professional and polite. We missed a few things we said we would complete in advance, but they did it without questioning. We did a complete review of the work completed and cleanup which was excellent. I have a few more projects to have done and I will be calling them multiple times.

Bath Exhaust Fan - Install

Cory went above and beyond to remove the old heater/exhaust/fan from my bathroom ceiling and replace it with the new one I had purchased. There were some electrical issues and he called someone to come help with that part of the job. He had to go up into the attic to do some wiring fixes. He also had to do some ceiling dry wall repairs. The cost was reasonable for everything they had to do.

Wood Fence - Repair

Replaced 3 privacy fence post. This required digging out the concrete to place new posts. They used a form cement that was setup in 15 minutes. They reinstalled the original fencing. They removed all concrete and rotted posts. The project took longer then they had expected.

I appreciate the fact that the gentleman came in a very timely manner. However, I paid for 2 hours of work and did not receive two hours of work. Down spouts were left unclean on sidewalk.

We originally thought we had a simple job of replacing some rotting wood panels on the outside of our house. Mr. Handyman of Avon, Brownsburg and Plainfield discovered that our original home builder had cut some corners that allowed water to penetrate and cause ongoing water damage. Within that same day, Mr. Handyman was able to replace our damaged wood facades with easy to clean synthetic materials and prevented water from penetrating and causing damage in the future.
