I provide my clients the ability to study their home designing & planning issues in 2D, 3D and model form assuring the success of a home construction project on time, on budget and satisfying the true needs of the homeowner. Design services are quoted on a per project basis and can range anywhere from $250 minimum to $15,000 and dependent on the individual project's complexity and scope of professional services desired. The crew was amazing and the communication of how the work was progressing was excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend using this company to design, execute and polish any home remodeling or building project. They were flexible in the work plan- allowing us to save some money by us pre-staining the wood for our cathedral ceiling. They were creative in helping us to find solutions so that we had the exact outcome we pictured and desired. Very hard working crew, friendly and polite. Cleaned up the work area as well. "The inspection went well. I would rate it as Fair. The inspector made some observations and said that everything looked okay despite some of the beams sagging in the cellar. It was made clear that old houses have some sagging. There was nothing given in writing. A year later when we were trying to sell the home, I attempted several times to contact the company to see if I could get something in writing about the structural integrity of the house. I was even willing to have them come out again for an inspection, but I did not get a response to the emails or voicemails I sent. If I could get something in writing, I would have given the service a B."
