"Excel Windows and Bath are extremely professional and customer oriented. From the moment the sales person came to the door to the installation was finished, they were there to assure everything was done correctly. The product was a good value for the product, and when I need windows again I will definitely call them. I would rehire them for tub to shower but only had one that needed converted."

During the process of upgrading my mother's house, Jim Taccola (owner) guided me thru 2 bathroom remodels, several door replacements, a front stoop replacement and numerous other projects. He not only demonstrated expertise in many areas of remodeling and repair, but was also skilled in coordinating the various trades involved. He was honest and insightful with regards to all aspects of the projects from general concepts to minor details. He was consistently timely in communications, respectful and sensitive to our needs throughout. And this all with a most pleasant demeanor. "I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally.
