"We love our new bathtub, surround and shower doors! Don and Carol came out to give us a price and two weeks later we had a beautiful bathroom. Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with Bathcrest of Chicago!"

"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!"

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Omni Baths and Tony were fantastic to work with. Organized, efficient, professional - and an absolutely beautiful end product. Would recommend over and over."

"We highly recommend AmeriCraft for home renovation and re-modeling. After an 8-month project with Owner, Greg Cutler and his Team, we are very pleased with the results of our extensive home renovation. First and foremost, what stands out is their commitment to customer satisfaction. In a project of our size, hundreds of details had to be addressed. If we were not completely satisfied at first, The AmeriCraft Team returned time and time again to correct anything we requested. This speaks to the high quality of their work. The finished product is beautiful, from new finished wood and tile floors, to carpentry, to innovative electrical outlet placement, to custom appliance installation, to clean finishes throughout, AmeriCraft did the job professionally. They took the initiative to ensure our 100% complete satisfaction. Everyone on their team has a great attitude and is naturally friendly. We especially appreciated their kitchen and bath designer, Jennifer, who was tireless in her efforts to help us find the perfect fixtures. Her relentless research on our behalf and dedication to our happiness never waned, even after several twists and turns along the process. STRENGTHS Quality of product Attitude of staff Continuous communication from Project Manager, Vinnie Early, on-time arrivals each workday One year Customer Satisfaction Warranty on all work ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT Invoicing and statements unclear and required repeated explanation Delays in obtaining materials and coordinating workers stretched our project out by about 2 months Timeliness to receive quotes/revisions to contract Misunderstanding over paint manufacturer and color matching for walls Subcontracted plumber(s) did not have the AmeriCraft “can-do” friendly attitude. Prefer not work with them again. The bottom line is that we have enough confidence in AmeriCraft that we are now in discussions with them to renovate some more areas of our home, specifically an additional bathroom and basement renovation. Overall grade: 85-90%"

"Antonio and his team remodeled my bathroom. They gutted the entire bathroom and installed new tub, vanity, flooring, lighting and tile. He worked with me to figure out solutions. His crew was professional, worked hard and did a great job - there seemed to be a focus on doing the job the right way that shows in the finished product."

"From Start to finish, it was the best experience. I was worried about about the project because of passed experiences. But House Doctors quickly put my worries to rest. The Sales team was open and honest from start to finish. Eric and his team were on time clean and did a great job with the shower. Highly recommend House Doctors"

"Worked with Kevin on a tub replacement. He was great - really quick, was honest about what needed to be done & got the crew out here 3 days later. The crew we had on site was amazing too - they were so fast (4 days total) and left the space cleaner than when they got there. Iâ  m thrilled with the results!"

"We replaced a pedestal sick with a cabinet and sink top."
