"The installer showed up on time and went straight to work. We discussed a couple of issues he ran into and these were resolved to my satisfaction. It's been a few motnhs since the bathtub was removed and the new shower installed. There have been no problems."

"We love our new bathtub, surround and shower doors! Don and Carol came out to give us a price and two weeks later we had a beautiful bathroom. Ken the installer was very professional and very meticulous in his work. He was awesome and did a fantastic job. He always arrived on time and cleaned up very well. "I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Excel Windows and Bath are extremely professional and customer oriented. From the moment the sales person came to the door to the installation was finished, they were there to assure everything was done correctly. The product was a good value for the product, and when I need windows again I will definitely call them. I would rehire them for tub to shower but only had one that needed converted."

"Very pleased with the deck repair. Professional and courteous crew. Arrived on time. Completed the job in a timely manner. Cost was very reasonable. Currently repairing our bathroom ceiling. Unfortunately had a roof leak, now JT Construction is repairing the ceiling. Again, charges are reasonable. Would hire JT Construction for any future repairs or projects."
