The project included opening walls between the kitchen, dining room, and living room, brickwork from old window openings, new window locations, a large island, HVAC work, electrical, plumbing, gas, drywall, paint, and design renderings before construction started. It was a big remodel, but the planning helped a lot. The kitchen and main floor now feel open, connected, and much more comfortable for everyday use."
