"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

"We first hired ABC Home Expert in May of this year to help with renovation of the property in Lake Forest. The house was in poor condition and we needed to re-imagine kitchen, re-do bathrooms, re-finish flooring, drywall, painting. We interviewed multiple contractors and had one starting the work on the home. Unfortunately workmanship and punctuality of that contractor was not very good. Kate from ABC was originally referred by a friend to design and install the new kitchen but since previous contractor didn't workout, we asked her to provide an estimate and see if her team can fix the issues created by previous contractor and finish the work. Kate addressed all the concerns, answered all the questions, helped with design and personally ensured that all the work was done correctly.
