"The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent.  When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice.  The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair.  Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc.
The remodel itself went very well.  Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout.  The bathroom itself looks great.  On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed.  I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall.  I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied.
My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them.

"We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

They did beautiful custom work, including an in wall fish tank, decorative columns, granite countertops, and a glass tile backsplash. Everything is top notch, and every worker brought in was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. The building inspector signed off the work with no comments. Every time I wanted a design change, Jerry incorporated it right into the plan. You will not find a better value! I looked around and Jerry's prices are much better than other companies, and the work is unbeatable. I just wish I had another basement to finish!"

"We hired Stefan Construction to do our basement in Feb 2021. From the first visit to take measurements & quote to the completion of our basement, David and crew were thorough and we are 100% satisfied with the work. David gave us a 3 page contract specifically outlining all the work that would be done and regularly went over it during the course of the project. We were always given the plans for each day/week and where they were at with the project. David was consultative in the choices we had to make with respect to layout/design and gave us recommendations for flooring, cabinets, etc. etc. to choose from. Payments were spelled out in the contract, but basically it was 4 installments with each payable when a specific point in the remodel was reached...with the last payment due the day they finished and walked through the entire project with us. I HIGHLY recommend using Stefan Contruction!"
