"We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. "The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent.  When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice.  The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair.  Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc.
The remodel itself went very well.  Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout.  The bathroom itself looks great.  On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed.  I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall.  I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied.
My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them.

"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"We hired Stefan Construction to do our basement in Feb 2021. From the first visit to take measurements & quote to the completion of our basement, David and crew were thorough and we are 100% satisfied with the work. David gave us a 3 page contract specifically outlining all the work that would be done and regularly went over it during the course of the project. We were always given the plans for each day/week and where they were at with the project. David was consultative in the choices we had to make with respect to layout/design and gave us recommendations for flooring, cabinets, etc. etc. to choose from. Payments were spelled out in the contract, but basically it was 4 installments with each payable when a specific point in the remodel was reached...with the last payment due the day they finished and walked through the entire project with us. I HIGHLY recommend using Stefan Contruction!"
