"The overall experience working with Paul and his team was excellent.  When Paul visited our home to give us a quote he was very personable and gave us good design advice.  The quote was in the middle of the three bids we got from contractors but Paul was much more responsive than the lowest bidder and I think the price was fair.  Paul continued to be very responsive by email and phone throughout the project, emailing me pictures at times to help me understand what I needed to get from Home Depot, etc.
The remodel itself went very well.  Paul and his team members arrived promptly each day and were very considerate throughout.  The bathroom itself looks great.  On the last day of the job I paid him the remainder, they left, and then I realized that there was no shower rod installed.  I had not discussed this with Paul (and hence hadn't bought a shower rod) but he very kindly came back a week later and mounted the newly purchased rod to the wall.  I appreciate him seeing the job through until I was completely satisfied.
My wife and I considering remodeling our kitchen in the next year or two and will certainly be in touch with them.

"We first hired ABC Home Expert in May of this year to help with renovation of the property in Lake Forest. The house was in poor condition and we needed to re-imagine kitchen, re-do bathrooms, re-finish flooring, drywall, painting. "Kris is an amazing person to work with. We worked with him to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. He is organized and extremely meticulous. His estimates were reasonable and he is very flexible to your needs. He is extremely trust worthy and friendly (my kids loved talking to him). He provided us with a detailed list of what we needed to buy as well as places where we could get necessary material - tiles, countertop, granite etc. He also provided several design ideas for us to consider as a starting point. He wrapped up each day by thoroughly cleaning the work area to remove any debris and finished right on the day he had said he would be done at the start of the project.
